The worst frames I have ever used. First order glass was broken and shattered into small pieces. Second order two of the frames had come apart in the same corner. Very flimsy and cheap.

This frame breaks really easily. I think it would be good if you only needed one really short term eg. a few weeks/a month but if you're looking for anything longer than that, looking at other products may be the way to go.

As soon as I pulled it out of the box, I picked it up to see where I could place my poster, but it almost instantly broke at one of the edges, which made this poorly made flimsy poster frame drop its contents, which included glass, I'm just glad I was next to my bed when it happened

Fantastic frame
I bought about 16 of these for a wedding anniversary momento. I had read previous reviews online about sizing issues with A4 documents, A4 documents fit just fine, you just need to be weary that it will cut off about 2mm from each side. Major disappointment was in regards to the quality. The frame looked great, couldn't find anything else like it for the price, but the quality is quite poor, you can feel it once you hold it how poor the quality is. The tabs on the back of the frames are also quite fragile and can break easily.
Not happy with the quality for its price. Breaks easily. Big thumbs down.
It is supposed to be for A4 certificates, but the frame is ever so slightly too small to fit an A4 paper properly. I don’t want to bend my degree just so it fits. I have tested with other A4 paper too.
I ordered one of these and it came broken and falling apart in the corners.They sent a replacement and the exact same thing was wrong with it. Do not bother buying this product it is cheap.
Advertised as a frame for A4 certificates, display area is about 2mm too small to fit an A4 certificate without damaging it.Appearance and build quality seem fair, but disappointed not to be able to use it for the purpose it is supposedly designed for.
i used to purchase these regularly as they look good with certificates, but they are prone to shattering in the post, which kind of ruins the 'you are being rewarded' feeling. i've changed brands.
