It has been awesome the kids love it and while it's a beginners basketball system it gives me the initial idea if they will use it before I spend more on a stronger system. Looking online you have such a diverse range so I am excited to see the next basketball system I can get when my boys become more advanced and experienced. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to give the gift of basketball to my boys for now and in the long term.

I’ve had this hoop originally purchased from Amazon for a few years and it has performed remarkably well.Unfortunately, after years of use and a few poorly timed dunks, the 15-Inch folding rim constructed of 0.5-Inch steel is broken and was coming off the pole it was attached to.I did not want to buy an entire hoop for replacement but only the RIM. Bought it for our 6 and 4 year old kids as our first basketball ring. Assembly easy enough with instructions via app - took about 1-1.5 hours with 2 people. Easy to fill it up with water. Currently at lowest height 1.6m and kids play with it nearly every day. It’s got a smaller base compared with the larger bigger rings, so able to fit in corner in small backyard. Quality seems excellent and sturdy. Would recommend as first basketball ring for those preschool or primary school age kids- or those with a smaller backyard.

We were unable to get the bottom 3 poles apart. Called customer service and they instructed on how to get them apart. It unfortunately didn’t work. I was ready to just buy a new one, and the same one because of the quality of every part of it, but I instead called to see if I could just get replacement poles. I expected to pay for them and they didn’t even mention anything about purchasing them! I’m still in shock!!! They are sending us the 2 poles that need to be separated. After comparing many hoops for same price, this was the perfect purchase for our 7 year old. Easy to assemble, all pieces in box and great height for starting out which can be increased. Our 7 year old is starting out on lowest height which he is loving and is out shooting hoops everyday! highly recommend!

No problem. He said he’d help - so we got all the pieces out and took off the plastic and laid them out to check that the box had all the pieces (as we’re all taught to do early in life) ... only there is one very important part in the instructions that is not mentioned until a few pages in. It actually speeds him up in the morning as he knows he can shoot hoops after he does all his morning ‘getting ready’ bits.
We wanted this for our 10 year old who is not particularly confident, but did want to improve her basketball skills. It was easy to assemble. We decided to fill it with water after reading how much hassle it was to fill it with sand. This worked well for us. The stand can be moved, but is obviously heavy, so it needs a space where it can usually sit and we move it inside in case of storm etc. The height works if your kid is practicing at entry/beginners level. Height is easy to adjust.
The best Christmas present ever! My kids are loving the Rookie Basketball hoop. It’s fantastic to see them off the video games and outside enjoying basketball. The adjustable hoop height has made to great for them to work through till they’re at the highest and now practicing their swish shot!
I bought the basketball hoop set for my grandsons. It arrived really quickly, and the fun began. The instructions are very vague and hard to follow. The hardware is in a hard to open blister pack that is poorly labeled. I had to call customer service and they were great. Once i finished it, 2 hours of hard work it was fine. Putting the rim onto the backboard and mounting it on the pole requires at least 2 people
