Lifetime Outdoor Seated Storage

Another Quality Lifetime Product

We have a number of Lifetime products and are impressed with the overall quality of their products. This storage locker is no exception; it is durable, and well designed. Like many Lifetime products assembly is required. For the most part the assembly was painless and went very well. When you have to drill the holes for the screws to go into the metal square pole make sure the holes are as straight across as possible, if the angle is too great the screw will not go into the hole of the pole. Awesome Mudroom Solution!

Absolutely love these! One thing our house is lacking is a mud room area so I wanted to make one in our garage. These are a great size and allow each kid to have their own cubby for backpack, jackets, shoes, cold weather accessories. The lockers are great quality, along with every other Lifetime product I have purchased. 10/10 recommend!

Compact sturdy storage bench that works great in our garage!

We have wanted a little bench with a shoe rack to organize our messy shoe pile in our garage for a while but couldn't find one we liked. This product is an excellent solution. It took me less than an hour to assemble and about 3 hours to clean up the shoe pile (okay, not really but it was a mess). The instructions make it very clear that the unit must be installed on a level surface. The only location I had available was not level so I had to make a level base with some wood. It isn't ideal but it is stable. Now that the unit is completed and attached to the wall it is a huge improvement from the shoe pile. The hooks work good for hanging backpacks, jackets and hats. I think they will also work nicely to dry off swim suits and towels during the summer. I can fit a large bag with all our swim towels underneath one of the seats. The seats are stable and feel sturdy when I sit on them. My biggest concern was how much space the unit would take up in our small garage. I was relieved that the unit only comes out 18" from the wall which still allows enough space to comfortably walk past this unit when the car is parked in the garage. This is a well designed unit that works great in our garage.

Much happier mom of four with no mudroom

As a mom of four who doesn't have a mudroom, I was going crazy with our kids dumping all of their stuff right in the entryway. In the past, I have spent quite a bit of time and money creating some sort of "system" with hooks, baskets, etc. in our garage. Everything worked okay for a little while and then eventually fell apart due to the cheap quality and elements in our garage.This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I bought one of these a few years back and absolutely love it. It’s perfect for continuing my children’s stuff and staying organized. I bought another one because I have three kids. Unfortunately it’s missing the topPiece completely as you can see in the photo. I haven’t been able to contact someone to get that piece replaced. If someone comes through and helps me, I would give this product a 5 star review.

The locker system itself is nice and meets our needs. We have ordered these units 2 separate times for kids’ sports equipment. Both times there was missing hardware, and we had to contact the company to send out those parts. The second time around it happened even when they sent out the replacement parts, and we had to go buy them ourselves!! If you don’t mind waiting several weeks for that, then it’s not a bad purchase. Nice system, terrible quality control. Rather embarrassing for such a large company.

I bought this about 2 years ago and have been in love with it ever since. My 2 girls each have their own divided area that they can hang their coats on, tuck their shoes underneath out of the way and then stick their book bags in the storage area. Everything has a place and is relatively neat. It’s seating area is also comfortable, deep and wide, not narrow by any means. It’s easy to clean. I’m not picking up coats, shoes and everything else they used to drop along the way when they got home. The only change I would make is how it attaches to the wall. My husband had to put a board on the wall to attach it to because of the baseboard that we didn’t want to remove/cut out. I would also add 2 more places on either end to attach it to the wall. The storage locker is very sturdy and built well. I assembled it in less than an hour and I'm sure my husband would have done it much faster.We love that we can load it up with gear and then have a place to sit and get everything onBefore we moved it to the garage, we were really tempted to keep it inside as it created a great mudroom by our backdoor in our house with no mudroom. We are really excited to have it in the garage though, as a rotating area for season gear: Summer pool toys, life jackets, goggles; Fall sports, umbrellas, water bottles, cleats, etc; Winter/snow gear; and then Spring sports.
