I bought this because so many YouTube Moms raved about it. I really wanted to love it but ended up disliking it quite a bit. It is very uncomfortable for my baby. After some time she starts to toss trying to get out of it and even scream in pain. No matter how much I adjusted it, her thighs end up sitting on the hard belt and that’s where I believe it hurts her. The adjustable elastic straps won’t stay put and keep unwinding and sliding from where I fixed them to be. So I have to readjust it every time. It even moves while wearing the baby. And if I forget to readjust, my lower back starts to hurt pretty bad in less than an hour of caring my baby and I’ve never had back problems! The part where baby’s butt suppose to sit can be folded and adjusted for smaller babies, but when you fold it, the metal snaps end up right under the baby’s butt. I can’t imagine it is comfortable to sit on them. The only thing I like about it is that it is safe and won’t cause hip displasia in infants. It is bulky and hard to fold. I would not recommend this, at least not the all season model. In fact, I’m buying a different brand because I really don’t like using it.

It’s a life saver for us. I started with wraps but as my daughter got bigger I felt I needed a more structured carrier to help with the weight. I tried a few different brands before finding this one and they all were either hurting her little legs, she’d sink into them, didn’t help with the weight, and were just uncomfortable. This carrier is easy to clean, so comfy like the padding and support is absolutely amazing, she fits so well, her little legs are comfortable, and overall win… she knocks out in it 90% of the times lol. Invest in it you’ll be pleased

Love my carrier. This is one of the FEW things I have kept just in case I have another kid, or am watch a niece or nephew. When I had my second boy I used this thing ALL the time! My first had just turned 2 and has Autism, and so trying to grocery shop or do anything with an active 2 year old and newborn is challenging! Until he could walk i packed my littlest everywhere. It is SO easy to use and takes no time to pack them up. I have used this at baseball games, grocery stores, on walks and even to pick produce at a farm. My little guys did not get to sweaty in the hot summers and i could add an extra blanker no problem in the winter. I am also a PLUS sized mom and this carrier fit me with extra room to expand if needed which was hard to find and I was very worried ... MoreLove my carrier. Awesome upgrades!

The upgrades are great on this new version. The thinner, yet still nicely padded and very comfortable, straps are much better and less bulky. The snaps for the head rest are sleeker than the buckles. I like the one loop upgrades on the lumbar, making it quicker and easier to put back on when switching between narrow and wide seating. The pop of design in the inside straps, hood, and inside the zip down panel adds a little bit of design and looks super cute! The added snap for when in narrow is a nice feature as well. This was the perfect carrier for us to take on our indoor Waterpark getaway. We zipped down the panel while in the humid Waterpark, and kept it zipped up while in the arcade and while unpacking the car. I hope they make more carriers like this!

Disappointment

This was the first item I purchased for my baby so I made sure to do my research since I had never used a carrier for my other kids. Although there’s a newborn setting, I feel like it doesn’t provide the proper support for a newborn. It is also very frustrating to put on by yourself and super bulky (feels like I’m wearing a tactical vest). Also, save yourself some time and instead of trying to decipher the instructions that are included, watch the YouTube video. But even after watching that, it’s too much of a hassle to put on and I feel like I’m damaging my newborn’s legs. If I hadn’t thrown out the packaging, this would definitely be returned.

Great service, great products (so

Great service, great products (so far - will see how they perform over time). We struggle with seasonal allergies, as well as constant irritating dander from two kitties.We bought a large unit for basement, a large unit for upstairs main living space, and smaller unit for bedroom. Our sniffles, sneezing, runny/itchy eyes have completely gone away. Thank you, Alen. Hoping the reliability/performance continues over time, since these are helping us so very, very much.

Mixed Feelings

This carrier provides great support. I could see this being a really good option for babies as they grow. The straps are super bulky and I could not get them to sit right with any way I adjusted them. Even tried to cross the straps in the back as shown in the manual which felt better and was easier to do by myself but with the straps being so bulky it wasn't comfortable in the back. Perhaps not great for those with a smaller torso. It is also very challenging to connect the back by yourself.

Mixed feelings on it

I have mixed feelings about it. I think for a newborn this carrier might not be the best. Now that my baby is 9 months I find it way more useful. But I’ll say, it helped as a newborn but it is kinda bulky, you might need an extra hand to buckle the back/shoulder area, and it just doesn’t seem that comfy for a little baby, compared to the other carriers I’ve seen my friends use. Now that baby is 9 months and can face forward, it is really nice though! Sturdy, feels safe, but still wish it didn’t feel so bulky 😅

So comfy!

I love the changes they made with the new complete carriers. The bands are thinner so much more comfortable! I’m not a huge fan of the snaps instead of buckles, to be honest, because I have a kid who likes to thrash her head around and pop that thing open. But it doesn’t detour me from the carrier overall.The color is so pretty, too. It’s more of a red tone than pink so don’t worry if you are concerned about that. It’s such a fun carrier.

We tried a wrap, which worked, but it’s like wearing an extra layer (or two) of clothing, and tying it is a pain. I tried a soft structured carrier (SSC) that I picked up at a yard sale many years ago, but the straps would loosen over the course of a few MINUTES, it was such a pain to get the baby in and out, and it had no support. I fell in love with another brand of SSC which I ordered, but shipping will take two weeks and I need something NOW. Enter the LílléBaby! I ran to target and picked this guy up and I am SO HAPPY with it! Additionally, the neutral color means that my husband will feel comfortable wearing it too (the other carrier I ordered is pretty frilly and girly). I am so glad I bought this carrier. It’s perfect! One small tip I will offer: play around with the straps until you find your sweet spot. Initially, the plastic strap adjusters were digging in under my arms and it was uncomfortable, but I was able to fix that problem by moving the chest strap up farther, which made the whole carrier more comfortable!
