Very happy with my Nimes Clay cushion! It looks as pictured and arrived swiftly. The was a minor setback when the cushion insert was missing from my order, however one quick phone call and the situation was easily resolved. I spoke to an actual human being (on the 2nd ring)! She was very friendly and helpful and I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Most businesses don't want to know about you when there is a problem, but my experience was quite the opposite with Linen House.

I had purchased the same brand quilt cover in another colour and loved it so much. The feel of the material is beautiful and the colour is great.

The linen cover is so soft and makes getting into bed an especially inviting experience. It's light enough for summer but is still warm and comforting.Love the colour and overall look it brings to the bedroom. I'm definitely pleased with this purchase.

In the past I have always bought straight up cotton for doona/pillow covers, so this was my first time purchase of linen material for the bed. And I have to say I am a huge fan of this Linen House 'Nimes' product. The material is not super smooth, it has some texture to it which I like. It also has some weight to it so Iongevity should be ok. I will buy again for sure.
Special thanks to Niki from Myer and Amander from the Nimes Warehouse (I believe) for helping me out with getting my duvet delivered. I initally missed delivery, but we were able to rearrange a time for it to be dropped off and I am very happy with my purchase. Gorgeous color (as seen in the images) and super comfy. I love it.
Absolutely LOVE! Everything linen house! This natural linen colour pillow is the perfect addition to make your bed look perfectly finished and cosy. The high quality of linen house is the reason I keep coming back for more. I now have multiple sheets and doonas also from linen house and love them all equally
Myer canceled most of my order due to a pricing mistake made by Myer. As the remaining products on the order (pillowcases to match the sheets and quilt covers), we’re no longer required, I rang to answer the order. I was informed I couldn’t as the order had been processed, and that I could ring back for a return postage paid when the product was delivered. For the following weeks I received emails stating my order was delayed. When my order arrived I rang and was told the postage paid return had been emailed. I found, however, at the post office that this was not the case. Upon ringing Myer again I was told I was not eligible for paid postage. I felt I’d been completely misled by the previous staff as I had been assured that postage would be paid due to the error in pricing made by Myer. I rang to lodge a complaint and found it the same general phone line. At this stage the staff member agreed to provide the paid postage. I made the online purchase with good faith and do not feel that I should be out of pocket for a mistake made by Myer, and I tried to prevent the unnecessary postage. I feel that Myer needs to review their on line purchasing policies and procedures, and treat their customers with more respect. I found the entire process inconvenient and frustrating. I would not purchase online from Myer, especially when there a so many online companies that are more reliable.
Bought this and thought it was a good purchase, however the fabric sheds off, and concerned about health hazards this may create while sleeping.
Fantastic buy! Beautiful quality and super soft. Looks fantastic!
Absolutely obsessed with these cushions!Have purchased 2 in each colour and will very likely purchase more. Great quality, quick delivery, and look beautiful in every space!
