I was aware of other reviewers saying this was a #3 weight at best, otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. In addition to the weight, this yarn splits easily and it is sort of a pain to work with and not very soft either. I am using the color potpourri which is quite lovely for a waffle stitch blanket and using an H (5.00 mm hook). Please change your weight designation - calling this a #4 is very misleading.

LOVE this yarn. I used it to make hexagon granny squares for a blanket & it came out gorgeous. Love the color way as well, changed colors beautifully. Will be buying more of this yarn in different colors in the future.

This yarn is beautiful! The colors are vibrant. But it isn’t soft. I did a search through the app for baby yarn and this came up. Even though it was acrylic I bought it anyway. I started working with this for a baby blanket and it’s just not soft enough. I’ll use it for something else but it shouldn’t appear in the baby search.

I got this to make a big sweater with and its really comfy to wear. Easy to work with for crochet and I like the color a lot. I love that it comes with so much yarn attached and there weren't any knots or strands tied together like with other big skeins.
The yarn itself is great. The only issue I had was finding the end in the middle of the spool, but once found the spool gave easily enough. I used two spools to crochet a baby blanket.
This yarn is awful. It’s so rough and constantly splits. I’m making a blanket for a friend and trying to figure out how to make it softer. I almost don’t want to give it to them because of how rough it is. The only plus side is the color, it is vibrant and pretty.
This is my first time using this yarn. It was a pleasant surprise. It worked up nice in the skirt that I made.If I didn't know any better I would think it were a cotton blend. Great for small stitches.
I decided to make a vest from a vintage second hand book. The US 7 needles worked way better than larger needles to get the stripe effect. 15 and 11 didn't really show it so well and repurposed that into mesh for bag making. 3.75 mm needles did well for the stockinette stitch. Texture is nice. Stripes go well for time at the gym where a synthetic performs for handling a sweat session. Still in progress. I was already wearing acrylic for treadmill time, so this was a good choice going forward.
Currently using this yarn, in Potpourri color, and I LOVE it.! I'm making a shawl, and the weight is comfortable without being heavy. AND the colors are perfect; they blend beautifully and yet contrast enough to give depth to the pattern. I will ABSOLUTELY purchase this yarn again.!!
I’m pleased with the yarn. It’s soft and easy to work with. I wish manufacturers would keep a yarn tail out to make it easy to find. I always start from the inside of a skein. I ordered 6 skeins, 4 were matching die lots and the other two were both different. One was noticeably darker. I am using the yarn for two projects so I was able to make it work.
