Beautiful and Soft yarn. Easy to work with. Only issue is there are a lot of knots and tangles. This seems to be the case for all colours. Other than that I would recommend it.

My 7yr old granddaughter wanted a cuddly rug - made it in this. Absolutely sooo soft and easy to knit with and only took 2.5 balls. I paid full price but still worth it. Definitely use again 👌🏻

I used this yarn to make a baby blanket that called for using two strands throughout. Put the blanket in the washing machine and it came out in tatters. The strands pulled throughout the blanket. A total loss. Also, baby blanket yarn should not have a "dry flat" requirement. What new parent would want that added hassle? I also found the past reveiw of "too many knots" to be accurate.

I was very excited about buying this yarn but my joy soon faded away. The yarn is beautiful, but you are limited in what you can make out of it. For example, if you want to make a beanie for a newborn then this material would not work. It's too soft, floppy, but feels strong. Regardless, it all depends what you prefer. I say this is more for a blanket.
I ordered 12 skeins of this yarn. Every single one has been tangled beyond belief. Each one has had random threads and fibers knotted into it as well. I have spent the last six hours untangling this to attempt to salvage it. It’s a shame. It’s a decent yarn but it is absolutely not worth the hassle.
Lionbrand naptime yarn is so beautiful, soft and easy to work with. The colour pale aqua is divine.I love everything about this yarn.
I wanted to love this yarn, as I needed a worsted weight "velvet" yarn. I had trouble crocheting with it, however. Working into the beginning chain was very frustrating and it didn't slide smoothly over my hook. I returned the bulk of the rather large amount I purchased.
I bought the yarn in a 2 3-packs so I could make a baby blanket for a coworker. It's very soft, and nicely pigmented, but the yarn isn't spun like regular yarn. Instead, it's structured much like a pipe cleaner, with a central cord and fuzzies woven into it for bulk. Unfortunately the fuzzies are very easily pulled off, and get everywhere. Definitely not suitable for a baby.
I enjoy and glad this yarn is very easy to work with and does not shed like other velvet type yarns. Though rated as a "weight 4 yarn" it has the appearance of a weight-4 but it knits like a weighted-3 yarn.
This is like yarn but looks and feels like velvet. I made ballerina slippers with the purple. It made 2 adult women size pairs of slippers with just one skein. Would make awesome baby blanket or anything soft for a baby. I highly recommend this if you are wanting the softest thing possible in the yarn. It looks like a small ribbon of velvet. Does not resemble a normal strand of yarn but it works up just like yarn does. I loved the feeling it while working with it. I added the string around the ankle. The original pattern did not have that.Sherry
