The Funko POP Disney The Lion King – Scar (548) is a stylised vinyl figure of the infamous lion from Disney’s The Lion King, released in 2019 to coincide with the live-action film. Standing around 9–10 cm tall and packaged in a classic Funko window display box, this figure captures Scar’s menacing presence in an instantly recognisable Pop! style. Confirmed 2019 Lion King Release Scar #548 was released in 2019 as part of the Disney The Lion King Pop! line, with product number 38546, making 2019 the officially documented release year for this version of the character. Stylised Scar Character Design The figure depicts Scar with his signature narrowed green eyes, distinctive facial scar, dark mane and lean body, all translated into Funko’s big-headed, chibi-proportioned Pop! aesthetic while keeping his sly, villainous expression intact. Inspired by The Lion King (Live Action) This edition is based on Scar’s appearance in the 2019 The Lion King movie, reflecting the more realistic fur texture and colour palette of the live-action design while still remaining clearly cartoon-styled and display-friendly. Display-Ready Window Box Packaging Scar comes in a themed Disney The Lion King Pop! window box featuring character art, the Lion King logo and the number 548 on the front and sides, making it easy to showcase in-box alongside other figures from the range. Ideal for Disney and Villain Collections As one of Disney’s most iconic villains, Scar #548 is a must-have for Lion King fans, Disney collectors and Funko Pop completists, working equally well as a standalone display piece or as part of a full Pride Lands lineup.
