The dreaded DPF warning light came on in our 2017 VW Touareg a few days ago. Spoke the mechanic who said it could be an expensive fix, but suggested we try this fuel additive.Couldn’t get to a store immediately and a few more days of city and motorway driving saw the light consistently (depressingly) on. Hmmm.Bought a bottle from Supercheap and immediately put it in to about 50lt of diesel remaining in the tank. A little more city driving and then on to the M5 motorway.About 7-8 minutes driving at 100km/hr and Presto! - the warning light has disappeared. Couldn’t be happier!

I have a 2012 Holden cruz with 180,000 Kms. The car is only used to do short trips. I didn't even knew what DPF is until I got it serviced and I was informed about it. Came home, research about it. I was quoted $1000++ for the fix for DPF. And would you believe it, my research came through. I bought this, added about 200ml to my full tank. Drove 30Kms and the DPF sign was gone. I am so happy with this product. DPF cleaning is a complicated and costly process. Also replacing it is super expensive. Just add it in your tank and go for a long drive.

This product worked a treat for my Subaru Outback - thank goodness.It took a while, however after driving several hundred kms my DPF warning lamp disappeared.I plan to use this product every 3 tank fills.Bit expensive at $30 a pop, but we gotta do what we gotta do…

We have a 2019 VW Amarok with 10,000kms we purchased new. Its mostly local driving unless towing the caravan away and ended up having the DPF light 3 times in a week and intermittently over 2-3000kms. Threw a bottle of this in and have driven over 2000kms and no light since. It's also restored the fuel economy back due to not trying to regen all the time. Buy it when its on sale to save some money.Highly recommend!!
I run a 2L 2008 BMW turbodiesel which mainly only does 5-10 minute trips now due to changed circumstances. Not good as if doesn't get to do adequate burnouts of the exhaust particulate filter causing excess exhaust back pressure, rough idling, loss of power, and high fuel consumption. This product substantially helps overcome this problem when used about once a month. It also helps to do a faster burnout when the vehicle does get onto the highway to maintain 2000 RPM for an extended period of 20 - 30 minutes.
This is the only product that I have found which is able to keep mylitres per hundred km. diesel usage down to a reasonable level foraround 1000km.per can. I no longer use a hi-temp burn out promoter as they have cost me a replacement DPF. (OEM cost $4000). This product REDUCES the efficient burn out temperature of your DPF to normal run temp. This is the only way I can continueto run our BMW X3 N47 2L turbo @ 180,000km ,. now on all urban running which is the operational condition that causes the clogging.Reaching normal operating temp.is a MUST as the DPF will not BEGIN to clear carbon until this temp is reached even if this meanssome extra, low traffic, highway running occasionally just achieve sufficient burn time conditions.
The only fuel DPF cleaner I have found that makes a real difference in how frequently my LC200 does its passive regeneration. Pushes out km travelled between regents by about 50% - wont pay for itself in fuel savings but an investment in the life of the DPF - pretty sue they will only regenerate so many times before they foul up, and thats a big cost replacing them
Bought this to use on a Nissan Navara 2.5 Diesel. Dpf light was on and in limp mode. No power at all. Poured into tank, drove the car for 20 min and bang, light came off and power restored. Seems to be getting better daily driving.. highly recommend and to be honest did not believe it would work.

Had issues with DPF warning light on navara Ute. After doing all the research I bought this and added to 3/4 tank. After 20 mins of highway driving I noticed excess smoke in the exhaust. Within another 10 mins the DPF light went off, power came back and now working fine. Did a few cool down and restart cycles, still working. Worth a try for $20. Will become a regular addition to our tank to keep things clean. Great nozzle on the bottle too, could not be an easier fix
