Liqui Moly Engine Oil Resealer 300ml (2782)

Everyone was telling me about this product but i was hesitant because my wife's old car had major leaks including main bearing seal. Either try this or pull that damn engine out of the car but guess what.. to my complete surprise it bl**dy well worked!! My faith has been restored!

Amazing Stuff, Stopped leak on BMW 318i

I have a BMW 318i 2002. I had the fuel filter gasket and oil cooler gasket replaced as it was leaking. After a while it was still leaking. Mechanic said it was the valve cover seal, but it wasn't super bad, but was going to be close to 2k to fix. I tried this just to see what would happen. After about 400km's, no leaks, compression in the engine is better and fuel consumption is lower. Ive driven about 3,000km since and still no leaks anywhere. This stuff may be a bit pricier that other, but it is well worth the extra money

BMW 118i oil leak repaired

My BMW 118i (200k mileage) had serious oil leak and had seals replaced (~$800) and still blowing smoke and leaking oil. Recently i went to the mechanic and check and he said i need to replace the valve cover seal ($1500ish).I am a barista which received minimum wages, there's no way I can afford it. So I did some research on Whirlpool and someone recommend this so I tried it.Before adding this, my fuel usage was 9.5/100km. After adding it went down to 7.0/100km.it said the result will show after 600km run but in my case it's acted instantly.So to anyone that have oil leak , try this product before the mechanic rips off your money.

It was recommended I use this product to lubricate oil seals and stop a leak in my transmission main seal. I wasn't confident at first, but after consistently checking and waiting for about 800kms, the issue was resolved. No more oil leaks. I've purchased a few more cans of this product which I will be using during all future oil changes and will be using it in my friends cars.

Helped fixed leaky rear main

Two medium size spots on the driveway most mornings burning through a liter every few weeks. Changed to penrite 20w50 with a hit of the Nulon rear main sealant and then after 2 weeks oil drop and new oil + liquid moli1 and within a week tiny spots 2 weeks one spot three weeks nothing. Haven't had a drop since. Switched back to 10w40 as my leaks have been plugged and still no leaks.Was quoted a few grand to fix the dreaded rear main on my 04 hiace (gearbox out, clean degrease, replace seal and reassembly, including a dozen coffee breaks I'm sure) same mechanic says there is no leaks coming from the rear main for now (he says bandaid, I say hurt pride) so $70 for penrite 20w50 and $30ish dollars for the sealant. Give it a try at your next service if you've got a few minor leaks or are wanting to do some future proofing on your current gaskets, 30 bucks now could save you thousands.For those that have used it too have it seemingly do nothing have probably let the gasket go for too long and it's actually split/broken. It's not magic but has done wonders for me and my wallet. However if your filling up half a litre of oil a week and leaving a black mess in your driveway then save you money buy a gasket and have it fitted

Helps to reduce oil leaks. But be patient.

Takes some time and may need second and third dose, but does make a difference. Like anything under $20 don't expect a replacement for a $300-$700 gasket repair.. I've tried many gasket/seal rejuvenators in the past and this atleast does something. Best used 3 times in a row with each oil change to get a leak or valve issue mostly fixed. I have experienced about 25% improvement with each oil change cycle. Down now to about 70 less oil burn from Valve seal leak than originally had. Still there, but keeps reducing. Will add with every oil change.

Hidden Gem! Absolutely brilliant product

This product is absolutely brilliant.I drive a 2007 bmw 320i which still has low kms compared to its age.About 4 months back, I started noticing blue smoke occasionally coming out of the exhaust.About 2 months back, I started noticing a lot of blue smoke when I start from a red light stop, or when I normally accelerate in the middle of traffic.The smoke was thick and stunk bad.I use to add 1 ltr engine oil on with every 1000-1200 kms. LM is a great product and I and my friend shave been using it since 1999.I have already used LM in Germany with my vehicles BMW, Audi, Saab, VW and PorscheMy first vehicle in 1968 in Stuttgart/Germany, was an NSU-Spider with a Wankel engine, needed every 6 months LM in the engine, otherwise, it would not have survived more than 150.000km at taht time. Must try first!

Had a slight oil leak between engine block and oil filter housing on my 1980 Mercedes Benz W123 240D Diesel. I was quoted $500 for a replacement gasket due to being time consuming repair. I used Liqui Moly Engine oil resealer. I immediately noticed the engine got quieter, also oil pressure increased by 1/2 bar at idle. After 600 kms approximately the leak disappeared. I degreased the area and re-tested. No more oil leak. Best $20.00 I've ever spent! I will try it next on the wife's D40 Navara as it has a nasty leak from the timing case and rocker cover.

Replace your gaskets

Doesn’t work for a rocker/valve cover gasket. Have done well over 1200kms since adding by the small leak remains. Was using as a temporary fix while waiting for ordered gasket but simply a waste of money as has made no difference.
