This is decently cute, but janky. I had seen the reviews and warned my (very handy, woodworking engineer) husband, but he didn’t believe me. Well…it took him hours to put this together on Christmas Eve. Like, out in the garage sweating, swearing, drilling new holes, and banging on it with a hammer to get the pieces to fit together. Consequently, our preschooler has a hard time opening and closing the door, and one of the front wheels doesn’t fully make contact with our wood floors. So she doesn’t like to drive it, and it mainly gets used for the cooler compartment on the back. I wanted to return it, but the thought upset her too much as it was her big Christmas gift from us. This thing took my husband HOURS to put together!! He got extremely frustrated.. however I think it was worth it. It’s super cute and my 2 year old loves it! We got extra icecream toys to play with it and it keeps her busy for a long time. Love the little music that you can play like the real icecream truck. It is a little slimmer than a regular cozy coupe but she still fits great! She super tall for her age and will still fit it for at least a few years

I was nervous because of some negative reviews - the manual says this truck takes 50 minutes to assemble and some people say it took them forever. It took me a little less than an hour and a half with no assistance and assembly was very straightforward. There were extra pieces included and all of the bolt holes were correct on our truck. The music didn’t work until I realized the instruction manual shows the batteries installed backwards. If your music doesn’t work at first, try flipping the batteries to face the other way. Our little guy is 22 months and absolutely obsessed with this car, it’s perfect! There is also a small handle on the roof and removable floorboard if you want to push your kiddo around.

When I added the brand new Duracell (AAA) batteries into the music speaker, I noticed the product was defective. I went to remove the batteries and it burned my fingers. That was when I noticed a strong electrical burning smell from the speaker. I removed the cover and slide the batteries out. That was when I also noticed the casing from one of the batteries was melted and the batteries are extremely HOT. WE plan on returning this product tomorrow for fear of an electrical fire. I bought 3 of these for my one year old grandchildren! They absolutely love them!! They are so freaking cute! I bought One for my house and one for each of the one year olds to take home. I even put together myself! We even used them in a photo shoot with real ice cream cones!! Absolutely precious! I’m a big fan of the cozy coupes. I have my 31 year old sons cozy coupe, I have my other grandchildren cozy coupes, now the newest and cutest ever!! My 5 year old grandson loves the cones and the credit card that came with them! He thinks it’s so cool to punch the babies in them! This Nanny is the Biggest Fan!
Well Santa comes Christmas Eve so I didn’t notice how badly this items condition was until it was too late. There was a dent in the plastic in back and the speaker thing won’t turn on, and my husband even tested to make sure the batteries were good and they were. Also the door won’t shut all the way unless you bang on it, and I think the dent in the back is what caused that problem. So, anyway. It’s defective but I don’t want to return the gift Santa got her for the obvious reasons, so I guess we will just deal with it. I tried to upload pictures but the app says there was an error processing the selected file so I can’t.
I bought this for my one year old son for Christmas. While putting it together I found broken and incorrect parts. It was the absolute worst thing I have ever put together. The instruction booklet is so difficult to follow I wouldn’t have even been able to get it together without the video instructions. I am thankful my son is little and doesn’t realize parts are missing and don’t work. For the price I paid I can’t believe the poor quality and the awful instructions.
Cutest ever! Has a compartment in the back to put things, twice ice cream cones and ice cream truck music you can turn on and off. A change I wish they’d make across the board for all their cozy coupe cars is that the stickers would be waterproof! They peel off so easily, and once they start peeling it looks junky. It’s an expensive enough product I wish they’d make that change! But I’d also pay more for it. Or at least sell replacement stickers.
Bought a magenta cozy coupe.Receive this and tried to put it together, we had to drill extra holes that were put in in the manufacturing process. We also had sharp edges all over from poor trimming, the instructions and instruction videos do not match and are not clear. Contact customer service after gifting the car to someone else and they refused to help unless I could take pictures and destroy the car. Would not listen that this was a birthday gift and I didn’t have time to destroy it and receive a new one. Make sure you take pictures of their poor manufacturing.PS my mother-in-law had the same issues with the car she bought for my daughter. And others on Amazon have reviewed it too.

My husband put it together, and said the instructions are clear and easy to follow. No issues. We enjoyed placing the stickers where they go. It is just like a real ice cream truck! I especially like that there is a flat piece that fits where the feet go. This is a removable piece, and is meant to keep younger one's feet from dragging on the sidewalk while being pushed along. As the child, or children get older, the piece is removable so that little ones can push the car along themselves with their feet.
