It doesn’t have an intensity level option even though the remote does, the head attachment doesn’t stay on and doesn’t actually do anything, and the airbags are useless. The only good thing is the reclining. Very expensive partial massage recliner. I have put through a complaint and not received a reply so I will have to take further action.

Instructions to assemble not clear. Most features advertised do not work. Head/collar just flaps around. Made for short people. Not a comfortable chair to sit in. Has a mind of its own. or maybe instructions would assist. Good waste of money.
The product only fits very tall person. Wirks intermittently and the aftet purchase service is very bad from this company. Kogan is good, but this company is not worth it. Don't buy it unless you are prepared to lose money. They won't take it back, even if you prove it doesn't work.
the chair was easy to set up & instructions weren't required (but were provided). Not much mess, besides cardboard box it came in & the seat is comfortable. Timed in 15 minute intervals for easy relaxation without having a sore body.
The head piece is does not even touch my head so how does it massage. The delivery man dropped it off at the door and ran away, and insisted he didnt want to help even to put it over the threshold. To have it work properly you need another person to strap you in. Doing buy yourself will be like struggling with entrapment of tentacles even to switch it on. You need another massage after the massage.
Great message chair if you are over 5foot two talk. My feet don’t touch the foot massage when reclined. And my head does not reach the top section due to height.
Good overall product. Only complaint is the head cushion doesn’t seem to do much and the shoulder cushions would be better if they could be adjusted for shorter people. Also if the nodes were able to move up and down to position. But for the cost of the product it definitely delivers and offers a nice relaxing overall massage
WOW ! this massage chair is absolutely awesome !! i work out 4 time a week & need regular massages. The pre-set settings are the best for soft or deep tissue massage. Love the heat setting for those cold winter days / nights. I sat in a similar one at a local store that was $4500 & it wasn't that much different. So for the $1430 delivered to my door and easy assembly it's GREAT VALUE ! Buy one today , you won't be disappointed !
