I'm enjoying this chair but I find a couple of the massages to hard on my upper body. I now set to my own preference which I like about this chair, I can choose my own settings.

Does what it has specified

It does what it has described, except the scan function. not sure whether it is working or not

Fab value massage chair

Excellent value. Good service and worth every cent. Does what all the more expensive chairs do.Only I wish it was a bit wider. For very big size 18 upwards would be a bit squeeze but effects still good.

Functionality not as advertised

The advertised 'body scanning' function is either non-existent or does not work - either way there's no personalisation of massage for different heights/sizes of people, which is a key reason I chose this model. Additional to the false claims of functionality, the foot of the chair has seized in the full-up position after two weeks of use, rendering the chair virtually unusable.As this product is sold via the "Online Marketplace" and supplied by a third party, after-sales service has been extremely difficult to obtain to date. I chose the chair based on its advertised functionality, and figured that, given it was quite expensive, it would be a quality item - unfortunately that has not been my experience. While I still support the idea of a massage chair, I wouldn't recommend 'Livemor', which I note is just a name put onto these chairs but not an actual brand/company.

After looking around at other massage chairs I decided on this one for price and features. I’m very happy with my decision.

Just Okay

Bought this chair 2 weeks ago here's what i've found:1. It says 50+ airbags. I can only count and feel 16. 2 shoulders, 4 for the arms (2 on each arm) 2 thigh, 4 calf (2 each side) 4 feet (2 each side). The other 34 odd seem to be missing!2. The foot roller/massager = useless. The airbags squeeze ok, but the actual roller to massage the bottoms of your feet (i.e. have sore feet). Useless, its a light tickle! Compared to other chairs i've used, this is terrible.3. The heat function= Just does across lower back (okay for me, that's where my pain is. Others, not so much)4. Neck & top of shoulders = Useless. The headpad that you rest your head on dulls these rollers so much that you actually cannot feel anything on your neck. Body scan, you have to manually adjust the neck height each time (says adjust "verniers" after awhile I figured that meant "neck" ...wasn't in manual or google anywhere!). So "body scan"? I think not.6. I still use it 2 times a day, because as far as a lower - mid back massager it does a good job. Feet, neck, upper shoulders...it just lets you down.

Didn't work as advertised and was faulty from the beginning, ovoid purchasing this chair at all costs.
