I ordered a sample pack which contained an assortment of several flavors but sans chocolate. Disappointed that chocolate was not included, I ordered two boxes of chocolate LMNT. On race days (Sat & Sun), we generally spend 40-45 minutes under lateral loads as high as 2 Gs in a closed cockpit that ranges in temperate from 120-150 degrees (they're essentially uninsulated from the radiant heat produced by the engine) depending on ambient temps, cloud cover, etc., and we'll soak through 4 layers of fire retardant fabric on our torso and anyplace that's "insulated" by the carbon seat shell. I usually feel pretty worn out by the end of a hot weekend, but in NOLA I brought LMNT for the first time and had a dramatically different experience.
