LMNT - Raspberry Salt

I ordered a sample pack which contained an assortment of several flavors but sans chocolate. Disappointed that chocolate was not included, I ordered two boxes of chocolate LMNT. Now I understand why that flavor isn't included in the sample mix. When I received the order I tried mixing the chocolate flavor into room temperature water. It did not mix well and the flavor is underwhelming to say the least. Nowhere on LMNT's web page does it caution prospective purchasers that the chocolate flavor is supposed to be mixed into hot water. According to the box containing the chocolate packets, it is supposed to consumed hot...the exact phrase is "Enjoy Hot!" This is definitely unsatisfactory and not at all what I want/wanted. In my opinion, I was scammed out of $90 and will find another brand of replacement electrolyte for daily use. This is somewhat infuriating as I really like some of LMNT's other flavors. In my opinion the chocolate flavor electrolyte is a substandard product and LMNT is not an ethical company. Use cautiion!!!

I'll be honest—I wasn't prepared for the sudden hit of saltiness when I first tasted LMNT. I guess I was so used to the overly sweet "no sugar electrolytes" that I was drinking, that the salt was just too much for me…Until…I was contacted by a member of LMNT to discuss my experience a bit, and this was the first time I had tried this product and I don’t do keto, so I had high hopes. If you've ever been woken up in the middle of the night by a cramp so sharp it feels like someone is stretching your muscles too far, you know what I'm talking about: it's brutal! No joke!I decided I was just gonna live with taste, but the thing that stood out for me the most is that LMNT were willing to resolve this any way they could.Day 2 I try again—still salty. But so much less ... MoreI'll be honest—I wasn't prepared for the sudden hit of saltiness when I first tasted LMNT. But so much less salty than before, and now I can drink it no problem!! If you don't want it as salty, use coconut water instead! Which is what I did and enjoyed it—it’s still packing that salty goodness it promises but not so salty for me (who can eat takeaway no problem which is sodium overload but this I’m crying about 😂If you’re thinking of trying these DO IIIT they’re worth the investment 😊

I began using LMNT this summer and I can't say enough good things about it. First off, I have grown to actually crave the taste of the watermelon salt-it's so delicious-salty and not overly sweet like most other electrolyte based mixes! Second, it has helped increase and support my performance running and mtbing, particularly on very hot, humid days. I sweat a lot and lose a lot of sodium because of that, so being able to supplement my sodium intake with a drink mix is a game changer. I have found I feel stronger and less apt to have any symptoms of being overheated even on the hottest runs if I've had my LMNT beforehand. It has helped me enjoy simmer runs and I used to really struggle with them.I used to only use things like body armor and Gatorade, but found they ... MoreI began using LMNT this summer and I can't say enough good things about it. It has helped me enjoy simmer runs and I used to really struggle with them.I used to only use things like body armor and Gatorade, but found they did not give the effect that LMNT does because they have far less electrolytes and far more sugar. LMNT will be my go to drink in the summers from now on.If you are someone who has tried other electrolyte drinks and found they fell short, definitely try LMNT. It is worth the price for the workout support you will receive from using it.Thank you LMNT for making a great product that has helped take my summer workouts to the next level.
