Lockly Matte Black Vision Smart Lock Deadbolt with Video Doorbell

Loving my Lockly Vision, I have had it installed for about a week now and have a few people using fingerprint access which is great cause it restricts it to that person only. I got a locksmith to install it and Im glad I did because I can see how easy it would be to get it wrong and have to undo and redo it a few times. Don't recommend the lock for fiberglass doors. I didn't realise mine was and of course where the front and back pieces screw in, it puts pressure in just those areas (e.g. front plate only screws at the bottom, nothing at the top) and when you tighten it up, it compresses and leaves a gap at the top between lock and door. You can't notice it when the door is shut but when open it's obvious it's not sitting flush. Great lock, trash camera

If you think the camera would work like a doorbell camera out on the market, dont waste your money on this model. I like the lock features, but paying the price tag is not worth it. The camera does not have motion sensor, does not record on its on, visitors have to ring the doorbell so you can open the app and activate the camera to be able to record through it. So your packages or anyone trying to break in wont be recorded. No night vision either, so unless there is a light on at night, you wont be able to see whos at the door. Youre better off buying one of their locks without the camera. Theyre about $200 less. Great, but can improve

I have had for close to 2 years. The requirement for a seperate roller latch is really annoying. Great product but the latch equivalent with the ‘vision’ feature would make this obsolete. Slow response on the video calls or doorbell notifications (I have the hub with Ethernet connected)Not too frequent battery replacement required

Lacking features & setup instructions are unclear

I purchased this lock after phoning to confirm it had the features I wanted. I specifically asked if it had proximity unlock, where it would unlock the door when I approached with my cell phone, and was told it did have that feature. After installing it, I tried to follow the instructions to set up the fingerprint, but they were so unclear I had to phone in to have them guide me through it. The doorbell video feature is quite useless too. If I am not home, I won't know if someone rings the doorbell. Even if I am home and hear it, by the time I unlock my phone, open the app and view the video they will likely have given up and left. I then asked how to set up the proximity feature and was told that the lock did not have that feature! Unique Stylish and Very efficient

As the name suggests its a smart lock. But has a lot of fun options with it. I thoroughly enjoyed the lock and it performs really well. I had good back up and customer care service while setting it up. The app is very user friendly. As a new product I needed some support setting it up but was surprised by the support I received from the company.Happy with this choice.
