I purchased this because the laminate on my kitchen cabinets started peeling away from the wood due to the Toaster Oven melting the existing glue the installers used. I used this sparingly and in sections to glue the laminate back on and then secured it until it dried. Not only did it go on smooth and without drip but so far (1 month+) it has been completely resistent to the heat given out by the Toaster Oven. Very easy to work with and cleanup as long it is before it dries!! It is important to wipe the nozzle before putting the cap back on though!

I decided to use this Loctite Extreme Glue for a project with rocks that I’d been planning. I have a little wooden box that has a thing plastic piece with a saying on it, that I want to cover up. I had a thin, flat rock with a flower that I’d painted, so thought that would be my starting point. I applied the Loctite Extreme Glue to the rock, then pressed it on to the top of the box and held it there for 5 minutes. It’s fairly thick, came out neatly, and I didn’t get a drop on my hands. Received the Extreme Glue - No Drip Gel the other day and used it to fix one of the toddler's toys. I liked that it was no drip, that it fuses materials together for a long lasting bond, that it is resistant to extreme conditions, that it will work where constant flexing is needed, and that it dries clear. I also like that it is dishwasher safe and can be used outdoors since it cures quickly and is resistant to vibration, impact, moisture, and extreme temperatures. It did fix the toy and has not broken again even with a toddler using it. I will be using this on different projects and will buy more once I use this up. I have already recommended it to friends and family.
I have never used this type of glue before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had some items around my house that I needed to get fixed. I really like how well this worked on the cupboards that were breaking apart. It stuck really well within minutes of me putting the glue on. A little gem came off my daughter's bike and the glues worked well on the metal bike. I like that this glue fixes all types of items that need fixing. I like that this glue dries clear and it doesn't drip. I also like that this product is water resistant since I used this glue around my sink that need fixing also. I will continue to use this product in the future. I recommend it.
This product has worked flawlessly for me!! I used a whole tube reinforcing the weakest points of my wicker basket both internally and externally. The glue dried fast and you can't even notice it! Of course only time will tell, but so far it's done a great job bonding all the wicker, wood and metal together that makes up the basket.This adhesive is viscous and doesn't shrink much when dries, so it's ideal to cement uneven surfaces that need a bit of filling. It's firm and strong but somewhat elastic. Very strong adhesion and just enough working time. I stock a few tubes of these in my lab and use a lot. I keep partially used tube in a ziploc bag and then place it in fridge to make sure it stays fresh long, but it'll find many uses anyway.
We all have items around the house that break and we don’t want to get rid of. This past week I used Loctite Extreme Gel for the first time and I love it. It’s easy to open and use. Unlike glue I used in the past this is not runny and does not get all over the place. I used it first in a statue made of ceramic. When I seen how well it worked I knew I was going to use it on more items. So far it has been applied to a wooden shelf, glass vase and a rubber mount! This glue is perfect for everything and holds up strong. I will never use anything else. If you looking for a good glue to keep your keepsakes together forever you found it.
I was tired of fixing the same thing over andover again with other glues. This time, I'm confident it's not going anywhere. I value glues because they enable us to repair something that could otherwise have been thrown away. This is stronger than the competitors. Sets up quick but you have some time to reposition if needed. I clamp things if possible. No drip so less mess then I normally make and I didn't glue myself like I usually do. Heck, with this stuff, my fingers could be glued together forever! It's clear, temp resistant and can be used indoor or outdoors because I break stuff everywhere! No mixing, it's ready to go when you are! It's EXTREME!
I have been having some problems keeping a piece of trim attached tomy car. It was a aftermarket part meant to protect my side mirrors. I wanted something that would permanently bond the two pieces together. I was thinking about super glue but was afraid that would drip onto my car and cause paint problems. I came across this and thought I would give it a try. I applied a few drops to the trim piece then put some non stick tape on temporarily to hold it in place. I came back a hour later and took the tape off and the trim piece was perfectly attached. There were no drip spots. It has been about a week now including one trip through the car wash and everything is holding together well.
This is a very good glue. I did several test glues will a range of materials. My base was a piece of MDF wood. I then glued a strip of PET-G plastic to one side of the MDF. To this block, gluing the same item to the MDF side and the PET-G side I glued nails (head side down), leather, rock, pine wood, and flat backed glass marbles. Then I glued a metal eyelet to a piece of the leather. All of these items adhered well. It does say not recommended for metal to metal and that it's hard to bond certain plastic. I tried acrylic to acrylic and it did not work. It would have been nice to use on metal to metal and plastic to plastic, which is why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. However I think this will he a good "go to" glue for everything else.
