Fabulous single serving frying pan, washed with hot water, dried, rubbbed with flax oil, heated on stove top, repeated seasoning 3 times, and surface is slick and nonstick! New favorite for cooking a couple of fried eggs, sauting a couple of chicken thighs or a breast, or a small side dish. Planning on cooking a baked apple or two in it today. Fit in a toaster oven or countertop oven with room to spare! I think I might buy a second one, love the dual handles, makes it easy to serve directly at the table.

8" multi purpose pan

I like most folks inherited alot of Lodge Cast Iron Cookware from Granny and split the pieces between my sister and myself, had a larger pan like this and Loved it! I am downsizing my cookware and this pan is great for one or two people, as my husband doesn't like leftovers for more than a day or two! CUTE but not 8", its only 6" on the bottom.

This is an adorable LITTLE pan. It is NOT 8" at the bottom, its only 6" at the bottom. Its 8" at the top. Very deceiving for it to be listed as 8" when the actual frying part is only 6". I do love the pan though, its small enough to do ONE serving of meat or a can of something. I would LOVE one in this style of a pan that has an 8" bottom.

Cast iron love

Great little pan use it every day for almost everything in my toaster oven. Pre heat this and cook almost anything. Fish steak biscuits cornbread its just perfect. Came seasoned and we keep it lightly oiled after every use we can now cook eggs in it with no problem.

Heavy duty

I've used it a few times already and seasoned it in my countertop oven once (it's that small!). Nothing sticks on and if anything does, it comes off easily. I just have to remember to dry it right away after washing. I feel the food tastes better. I'm going to try making some tomato-based dishes after a few more uses.

I LOVE THIS PAN

This is the best pan design found yet and it comes in several sizes. It beats the long handle on one side. Easily fits in to a small toaster oven or out on my Weber gas grill and makes excellent baked German pancakes. I'ts really no-stick finish from the very start. Sprayed it with Weber's soy lecithin spray that I use on my outdoor grill to keep it lookingbrand new.

Purchased to use as accessory drop in utensil for my Weber Summit charcoal grill. Fits in center hole perfectly. I often deep fry French fries while I’m grilling burgers, and this pan is superior in application to my former setup.

This is a great frying pan.

I love this pan. I like that it does not have a long handle, so it fits on the stove while other burners are in use, too. It is also easy to pick up and carry around.It heats pretty quickly, and then like all cast iron, it retains heat well so I quickly turn the heat down on the burner and it just keeps sizzling away.It has cooked well from the start with no sticking problems so it has been easy to clean every time I have used it.I wish this pan was also available in a size just a little larger so that it had an 11 to 12-inch cooking surface. I would buy it in a heart beat.

Very versatile style pan

Nice size, lighter than my cast iron skillets. I plan to use mainly for skillet pizza, handles will make maneuvering it in and out of oven easier than a flat cast iron pizza pan too.I also plan to use for outdoor cooking over the fire.It should last forever!

this pan stuck terribly bad on 1st use

followed directions completely. made cornbread in it and it stuck so badly I had to scrape it out in pieces.
