I’m writing a review on this bag because of its worth. I purchased the tan from another retailer because of the discounted price. It’s absolutely a gorgeous bag! Love everything about it - from the great quality leather, its nice smell, color of the tan to all the unique details this bag has. Zipper works great. The flap isn’t an obstacle to me; conversely it adds security to it. I intend to use it as a travel bag so I went with the regular size vs. small. In addition, I wanted the nice strap and the bottom feet features that the newer small version doesn’t carry (bummer!). I’ve been shopping for a designer bag for many months, seriously considered a LV speedy but it seems like everyone has LV - including the fake ones - that it lost its appeal. When my bag arrived this week, I actually almost returned it. I got the medium in light Carmel. It’s a little bigger than I have been carrying. My LV bag is about 2/3 the size of this one but I’m glad I didn’t go smaller. It’s the perfect size for a working mom on the go. I took my daughter to The Nutcracker today and it easily fit in a few snack bags, tickets, sunglasses, wallet, makeup bag, etc. The small zip pocket on the outside is the perfect size for my car keys and the straps - so well thought out. You can place the bag on your forearm, over the shoulder or cross body. None of the straps get in the way and the bag zips shut, which is a requirement for me. I’m so pleased! It’s classy, beautiful and functional.

The quality is amazing, and the construction is solid. I opted for the medium size after doing a lot of research on medium vs. small. I have been eyeing this purse for the last 3 years. Yes, I know the price is hard to swallow! Finally made the plunge & I do not regret. Craftsmanship is excellent, perfect tan color, can carry multiple ways & just such a unique look. I love this purse so much that I have also purchased the basket bag from this line & I am considering buying another puzzle bag in a size small. Excited to add this great fashion house to my collection.
I am glad I got this bag when Nordstrom has 10points day. The sand color is stunning the size is perfect for daily use, craftsmen ship is superb, in my opinion Loewe’s leather, the quality of the materials and details are way better than others luxury brand that are popular out there. I was on the fence of which color Tan or sand so glad Nordstrom carried the sand the perfect neutral color that goes everything. Received many compliments.
I am not stuck on “the next best thing” or trends. This bag has style and quality material. The hardware is nice and thick. I have other bags but this is one that will be used for years to come! Sometimes a simple design with quality material can still make a bold statement. It does just that. I choose my pieces wisely and not solely because it “looks” good etc .Great buy and highly recommended. Now looking for other pieces from the line.
Bought this for myself for my birthday. The craftsmanship of this bag is outstanding. I got the medium bc I’m 5’9” and thought the small might be too small. I got it in my tan so it is more casual and can go with everything. Truly a beautiful bag.
Oh where to start?I am a bag fanatic and have a curated collection of classics.I waited a while before purchasing this bag in tan.Puzzle is fresh (even though it has been around for a while) and it’s quality is second to none, as expected from this Spanish version of Hermès .It is light , unbelievably functional and holds its shape after repeat use.It is a rare cross between glamorous, hip and casual and can be worn in several different ways ( even as a backpack!)I am “sold” and trying to justify getting another one in different color/colors .Fun!
I love this bag. At first, I thought it was just so-so. But the more I use it, the more I absolutely love it. It’s light and comfortable to wear. I wear it crossbody, with shortened strap, so it’s close to my chest. It’s great for everyday and also for traveling, keeps my hands free. The tan color matches with anything.
I like the quality of the bag but price tag kind makes me say “ it better be good quality” other than that bulkiness is comparable to Givenchy antigona small bag. It is not structured like that bag but still has the same depth . I also heard a lot of reviews that color was unattainable and hard to come by which although nice you can get at other brands like acne studios masubi bag is superior to this bag in price point , quality and color. Also they have this weird attachment in strap I thought will be removable and it’s not . I got this bag because I thought it will easy crossbody that completes outfits but it just didn’t make my heart sing. It was too basic and too bulky for the price point.
