It is extremely light and slides smooth with the PTFE feet. Clicking is satisfying and the programmable side buttons are easy to use. Coming from a Logitech G502, something that I miss is the DPI buttons directly on the mouse. I like to change my DPI for different games, so with the Pro X, I have to first open G Hub and manually change the DPI before playing. But other than that, the Pro X performs amazingly. The Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 is a simple, easy to use gaming mouse. I have been using the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 for about a week now. I have used it mainly for gaming but spent a little bit of time on some productivity tasks. I am coming from a long history of Logitech mouse use – maybe 15 years at this point. My day-to-day work mouse is a G604, while my gaming tower uses a first gen G Pro Wireless on a Powerplay charging mousepad. I have used a G Pro Wireless for over 4 years now and I have never replaced it as my main mouse. When the G Pro Wireless first came out it was the lightest gaming mouse I had used, but I can safely say that the G Pro X Superlight 2 is noticeably lighter while maintaining features that have endeared me to my original G Pro.Included with the mouse are a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, USB-A ... My day-to-day work mouse is a G604, while my gaming tower uses a first gen G Pro Wireless on a Powerplay charging mousepad. I have used a G Pro Wireless for over 4 years now and I have never replaced it as my main mouse. When the G Pro Wireless first came out it was the lightest gaming mouse I had used, but I can safely say that the G Pro X Superlight 2 is noticeably lighter while maintaining features that have endeared me to my original G Pro.Included with the mouse are a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, USB-A receiver, a USB-C to USB-A coupler adapter, PTFE bottom replacement, and adhesive backed grippy pads. The mouse weighs in at a scant 60g, comes with Logitech’s Lightspeed Hero2 sensor, a 2kHz polling rate, and a solid 95hr battery life.Pulling the mouse out of the box immediately reminded me of the G Pro in look and feel. The plastics on the shell are soft and smooth to the touch. The shape of the mouse is ergonomically pleasing to me, and it provides a nice resting wrist position. The white accent on the scroll wheel sets it off from the rest of the mouse body. There is no RGB on the mouse, so it’s not too flashy looking. I had both mice sitting on my mouse pad so I could trade back and forth, and they feel so similar to the hand that you don’t notice a difference at first. Obviously, there are differences – 2 side buttons on the X2 vs 4 (2 left side and 2 right side) on the Pro. The mouse is devoid of RGB lights unlike the Pro. There’s also the lack of a DPS button on the mouse, so you have to use the G Hub software to set or change your DPS points. You can get around this with the game profiles in G Hub by locking in your DPS presets for each game. The last big difference is the weight – 60 grams vs 80 (25% reduction).Using the mouse is a solid experience. The scroll wheel has a pleasant soft-notched roll to it. The side buttons blend in well while remaining easy to find with your thumb when you need them. They also have a satisfying little click to them that delivers a tactile and auditory response. The left and right mouse buttons are really the only place where I noticed a departure from other Logitech mice I have. The click sound is deeper and slower, which aligns with the deeper feeling actuation point. The other Logitech mice I own have a quicker feeling actuation point and a sharper/quicker click sound. The overall actuation force feels a little heavier than my G Pro Wireless, but certainly within an acceptable range.Playing games with the Superlight 2 was a positive experience. I play on a 45” ultrawide so I have a lot of distance to cover. I usually compensate with bumping the DPI up a bit to cover more distance, but fatigue sets in and I start losing accuracy during longer sessions. I like the lighter weight mice for this reason – I can be more accurate with softer movements and I am less prone to fatigue from the short twitch moves. I liked the lightweight feel and ease of movement with the slick PTFE feet as well. I can basically move the mouse around with my hand barely resting on it and just my fingertips in contact. It is significantly easier to move around than even my G Pro Wireless, and it is right in line with my other ultralight mouse (Razer Deathadder V3) that I use for laptop gaming. My favorite game to relax and play is Portal 2 – movement through the portals and throwing new portals down while flying through the air requires some quick movement and reaction. I usually bump my DPI setting up a bit (from 1600 to 2000) to be able spin and drop new portals fast enough. For more competitive gameplay I have recently started using more KBM setups for Halo instead of a controller. I liked my G Pro in this role because of the feel of the mouse in my hand but also for the lightweight aspect. Jumping to the Superlight 2 was an easy transition from the ergonomic feel standpoint, while the mouse button was providing a better trigger feel. I thought it my feel a little slower due to the different feeling actuation points, but it ended up feeling like a more fluid/natural trigger feel. I liked the lighter feel and smoother glide on the mousepad as well. Overall it seems to be a nice little upgrade. The accuracy of the Hero2 sensor with the 32K DPI is very good. I honestly noticed only a slight improvement over the G Pro’s 16K Hero sensor, which I already thought was really good. I think 32K is the highest DPI sensor I have encounter on a mouse so far. Couple that with the high 2000Hz polling rate and you can bet each movement you make will be captured. For my gaming sessions I swapped the Powerplay charging puck out of my G Pro Wireless and into the Superlight. The 95hr battery life doesn’t really need the perpetual charging, but I have become accustomed to it. The puck adds about 10g to the weight, so it becomes a 70g mouse – still very lightweight. I was unphased by this weight change since it is still so minor. However, it is easy to swap the bottom pucks around when not needed. I just prefer to have less charging cables floating around on my desk.I am surprised by how good this mouse is. It mirrors my favorite aspects of the G Pro Wireless, and it has found some areas to refine and improve. I don’t feel like I’m missing out with the lack of RGB – my setup has plenty already. The slick PTFE bottom is great on the right mousepad surface and makes movements that much easier. If you like a lighter weight mouse I think you would be hard pressed to find one much lighter and equally capable as this Superlight 2.

Logitech, over the years, has been synonymous with innovation in the gaming peripherals market. The brand has been constantly refining and improving its product lineup, and the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Lightspeed Mouse stands as a shining testament to this. It's hailed as the next evolution of their championship-winning mouse, and after extensive testing, I can vouch for its superiority in both gaming and everyday use.**1. Faster and More Precise Gaming Experience**From the get-go, the claim that this mouse was designed in collaboration with some of the world's leading esports professionals stands out. As a gamer, this isn't just a marketing phrase; it's an assurance. Every time the mouse glides across the mat, there's an unmistakable sense of control and accuracy. The game response feels organic, making it clear that this device was engineered with winning in mind.**2. Pro-Grade Precision with LIGHTFORCE Hybrid Optical-Mechanical Switches**Most gaming mice tout precision, but the G Pro X Superlight 2 differentiates itself with the LIGHTFORCE hybrid optical-mechanical switches. There's a tangible benefit to this feature: the ultralow latency optical actuation combined with a tactile click ensures that every action is both prompt and satisfying. It's the kind of precision that doesn't just benefit pro-gamers in high stakes tournaments but elevates the gameplay experience for every user.**3. Unmatched Sensor Calibration with HERO2**Diving deeper into its specifications, the HERO2 sensor is a marvel. With tracking capabilities that exceed 500 IPS and can reach up to 32,000 DPI, this mouse promises—and delivers—laser-focused accuracy. It’s also worth noting the zero smoothing, acceleration, or filtering. This translates to raw, unaltered performance which is crucial for games where every millisecond counts.**4. Performance and Battery Life**Beyond precision, the G Pro X Superlight 2 impresses with its performance metrics. 2K polling ensures that the mouse is always in sync with your movements, capturing every nuance. The inclusion of USB-C charging is a contemporary touch, and a full charge promises a whopping 95 hours of gaming. This, in a package that weighs a mere 60 grams, is extraordinary. This light weight does take some getting used to, at least for me…but now I love it. It's a mouse that promises endurance without the bulk. The Powerplay compatibility is an added bonus. For those unfamiliar, Powerplay is Logitech's wireless mat / mousepad charging system, which means that with the right setup, your mouse can remain charged indefinitely, a definite game changer.**5. Glide and Connection**The Zer additive PTFE mouse feet promise and provide a seamless glide. This feature ensures that whether you're in the heat of an intense gaming session or merely browsing the web, the mouse movement remains consistently smooth. It's these subtle touches that reinforce the mouse's premium nature.**Everyday Use and Ergonomics**As much as it's built for gaming, I found the G Pro X Superlight 2 to be a versatile companion for everyday tasks. Its lightweight design does not compromise its feel. Despite weighing just 60 grams, it has a substantial feel in the hands, striking a perfect balance between comfort and utility. This is a mouse that won't tire your hand after hours of use, whether you're battling enemies in a virtual world or navigating through spreadsheets.**Packaging and Compatibility**Upon unboxing, it's evident that Logitech paid attention to the presentation. The mouse is packaged securely, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition. A high-quality charging cable is included in the box, reinforcing the premium experience. For those wondering about compatibility, the G Pro X Superlight 2 works seamlessly with Windows 10 and later versions, ensuring that most users can plug in and start gaming without a hitch.**Conclusion**In conclusion, the Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 Lightspeed Mouse is more than just an incremental upgrade. It's a culmination of feedback, engineering, and design prowess. It caters to both the gaming community and everyday users, ensuring top-tier performance in every task. The combination of precision, battery life, ergonomics, and quality make it a worthy addition to any gamer's arsenal. If you're on the hunt for a mouse that does it all, the G Pro X Superlight 2 is a compelling choice.
When it comes to gaming peripherals, Logitech is always a solid option. I have had many logitech mouses and headsets in the past and currently use a Logitech G733 Headset, so when I saw that I could review this Superlight 2, I immediately jumped at the chance. It delivers on the advertised blazing response time with a polling rate of 2,000 hz (I was able to record a max value of 2015hz) and insane battery life of 95 hours (During my 3 days of testing post software update, The Superlight 2 only fell from 55% to 51% with heavy usage, so this mouse will likely last you quite a bit before needing to be charged). The Superlight 2 is also equipped with the new HERO2 sensor featuring tracking over 500 inches per second, an up to 32,000 max DPI, and a USB Type-C port for charging when needed. All of this also comes in a package weighing just 60 grams, 7 grams lighter than my Glorious Model O. The Superlight 2 also has the advantage of being truly wireless while delivering the same level of performance. For anyone gaming on the go, or just wanting that fully wireless set-up, that could be the deciding factor between the two.In Conclusion, I have been very impressed with this mouse. For the price of $160, I find the Superlight 2 to bring pretty fair value. Yes, it is expensive, but as a refresh of a currently top-selling mouse that is coming in at the same price, I believe it should sell just as well.
I got this mouse for a newer system of mine to game with. This only uses a standard USB dongle, so I ended up having to switch it over to my older system and use a newer mouse with a usb c dongle on the one i inteded to use it on, and moved this to my other system. This one wasn't connecting right to the usbc with a converter, and wired it worked fine, but defeats the purpose of a wireless mouse. That isn't this mouse's fault, so no stars deducted. This is not a Bluetooth mouse, so you need a USB 2.0 port. You can download the logitec g hub (which I had for another mouse already) and this sets up quickly to program buttons ans such. The feel on this is good, ergonomic, click is soft, audible, and a bit firmer than some of my other mice (actual mechanical springs vs rubber pads). The glide is smooth, and the dongle storage cover can be swapped out with a slick smooth glide cover for reduced friction. There are optional stickers for the buttons, but I did not choose to use those. It is very light, and you can adjust the sensitivity up to 32000dpi fir extreme sensitivity. Buttons program easy enough, I played with it a bit, but ended up going back to default setting with the buttons. Overall, nothing bad to say about this. I do wish it had blutooth so i could flex it to more computers easier, but I'm sire that kept the weight down in this, and realistically, but not discouraging to me because I usually do dongle most of the time. I can't find fault with any design so I give it 5 stars and do recommend this item. It does what it says. As for it making my game any better…that's more on me than any equipment, but having this, no one will belive it's the mouse's fault anymore. It works well.
Out of the box the first thing I noticed was just how light this mouse really is. The name is superlight and that is defintely right on with the actual weight of this mouse. It is significantly lighter than my other wireless and wired mice that I currently use or have used in the past. Depending on your preference the lightweight feature is either a pro or a con.For me I sort of appreciate the change in weight compared to the Corsair Sabre I have been using for a few months. The cord of my Corsair tends to get in my way and when playing games where I have to cover a lot of distance on the mouse pad vs. cranking up the DPI that can be a bit annyoing. The battery life so far on this Pro X though has been pretty solid so far only using roughly 20% of the battery over ... The cord of my Corsair tends to get in my way and when playing games where I have to cover a lot of distance on the mouse pad vs. cranking up the DPI that can be a bit annyoing. The battery life so far on this Pro X though has been pretty solid so far only using roughly 20% of the battery over the few weeks of daily use on and off. Based on the app it shows I have roughly 77 hours of battery left which is pretty good. It also comes with a USB 3.0 extension to allow for the USB transceiver to be position as close as possible to where the mouse is to reduce any possible lag.I have a USB 3.0 dock on my desk with some other HDD's plugged in so I just plugged it in there and so far have noticed no issues with lag. I already had the Logitech G Hub installed for other previous Logitech devices so after the last update the mouse was recognized and allowed for me to configure it. The app is pretty straightforward and allows you to setup and customize multiple profiles to be stored in the onboard memory of the mouse. My one and probably only gripe about the mouse and why I knocked it down a star is there is no button to cycle DPI settings on the fly without going into the mouse or using hot keys. One thing I liked about previous Logitech mice or my current Corsair was the buttons to allow me to scroll through preset DPI settings on the fly with just the press of a button. Other than that the mouse is great and I crushed my Aimlabs scores within mutliple tests using this mouse vs. my Corsair Sabre and works great in FPS and RTS games depending on what you are into.
The king has returned for another chapter to dominate the competitive mouse scene. This is everything that we have been waiting for since the original G pro wireless. Optical light force switches that don’t double click, USB-C charging, lighter weight, amazing battery life, higher polling rate at 2k hz, better skates, better click feeling, better scroll wheel encoder the list goes on.Basically put if you’ve had a g pro super light you know what the shape is all about, if you haven’t, then your missing out and should trust that its the best ambi shape out there on the market. One of the main complaints of the original g pro wireless was the double clicking of the switches. The original super light took care of those issues still using mechanical switches that were better at a more normal voltage to run them at to avoid this problem. That said This version FINALLY gets Logitech’s optical lightforce switches which were first seen in the G502X lineup earlier this year. This makes it impossible to double click, ever. It also reduces click latency and the new hybrid switch design makes them feel more tactile as well. Win win.Side buttons- are they changed or are they still mush. I can confidently say they are no longer mush as they previously were. FINALLY.Scroll encoder- They finally updated the scroll wheel encoder as well which was a big failure point in the past as well. All the flaws were solved with this thing and it’s easily the best wireless competitive mouse on the market just as the models that came before it were even with the stiff competition being put up by competitors.Even at full price i highly recommend this mouse as there is no substitute out there that can do what this can at this price. A+ 5 Stars absolutely amazing!
If you're considering this mouse you are more than likely aware of its' heritage. Though this iteration is very similar to the last, there are a couple upgrades that are worth your consideration. If you're new to this model it is a very safe ambidextrous shape attached to a fantastic sensor and the absolute best in lag-free wireless connectivity. Often lovingly referred to as the potato, the shape and size is the best for comfort and accuracy for my hand size and grip style. The material is a very smooth plastic. If you have very dry hands you may find it to be a bit slippery, but that can be remedied by applying the included grips. If you have very dry hands you may find it to be a bit slippery, but that can be remedied by applying the included grips. I definitely appreciate the ability to tailor it to your liking without having purchase extra accessories.Performance wise the new Hero 2 sensor works as well as you would expect it to. So far my experience with it has been flawless. One of the main changes includes the new higher polling rate that can now be set to 2000Hz. This halves the latency, but is it really noticeable? For me, not really. As other manufacturers are pushing to 4000Hz, if you're looking for every little advantage, this is a step in the right direction. When it comes to the buttons, the mouse 1 and 2 are solid with a very tactile click. They may be slightly on the heavier side but I haven't noticed any issues with double presses. The side buttons are a different story, they continue to be very mushy with a fair amount of pre-travel. It's not a deal breaker, but would be nice if a mouse in this price range had better side buttons.Other things to note is it now features a usb-c charging port which is long overdue. The skates are pretty typical, kind of slow and scratchy.Overall it's a great mouse for those wanting to play competitively. The shape and sensor are top tier and guarantee your mouse won't be the thing holding you back.
Logitech’s Pro X Superlight 2 lightweight mouse is pretty nice, I have to say. I didn’t own the original Superlight, so I can’t really compare it to the new Superlight 2…but all signs point to a pretty stellar lightweight wireless mouse! Yes, first thing worth mentioning about this mouse….it’s definitely light and you can immediately feel how flickable this thing is. Ergonomics are symmetrical; it’s not a flashy mouse or anything, but it does feel good in your hands. I kind of claw my mice and this has no problems with that type of grip. Buttons are very satisfying to press, especially the left, middle and right mouse buttons with a very welcoming click. The thumb buttons feel a bit less clicky, and the scroll wheel feels very familiar. Charging is done via USBC ... MoreLogitech’s Pro X Superlight 2 lightweight mouse is pretty nice, I have to say. Charging is done via USBC tethered to the front of the mouse like all mice. Underneath is an on/off switch and a compartment to hold the USBA receiver. The mouse feet are a very smooth PTFE that enhances the ease of movement of an already lightweight mouse. If we dig into the details, the mouse uses Lightforce Switches which are Logitech’s hybrid optical-mechanical switch tech that combines the speed and reliability of optical with the feel and low power use of a mechanical switch. This improves battery life of up to 95 hours. The Hero 2 Sensor provides tracking at over 500 inches per second (IPS), which is the mouse’s ability to keep up with high speed movements. Dots Per linear Inch (DPI) is at a ridiculous 32,000, and the cosmos knows that I can’t even use a mouse at that setting…but it can do it! Wireless and wired polling rates can be set as high as 2000Hz and 1000Hz, respectively. In the advanced settings, you can also set lift off distances (low, medium, high) and independent DPI for X and Y axis. All the setting changes can be done in the Logi G software, which you’ll have to install. Logi G will automatically detect your mouse and allow you to change the various settings mentioned above. Logi G also provides various presets for types of games played like FPS, MMORPG, MOBA and RTS, for example. Logi G presets are also community driven and you can search through various users’ presets to see if it’s a good fit for you as well. You can also create your own custom preset if none of those options work, and you can share your own preset should you choose to do so. Of course, the Pro X Superlight 2 is also a traveling mouse, and you may not have Logi G software with you wherever you go. That is where the on-board memory comes in. When enabled, your current profile is saved directly on the device without the use of Logi G software. My one gripe: there is no button on the mouse to switch DPI settings. That’s just my personal preference, and I know there are two schools of thought here. So it’s either that I don’t know how to do it without using Logi G, or we should get used to the idea that a DPI button is no longer needed.Overall, I do enjoy this mouse, but I feel like other brands provide better ergonomics than this mouse in its lightweight class. I think this is a no-brainer buy if you’re already in the Logitech ecosystem as is any other ecosystem, just to keep software installs to a minimum. It’s definitely a sleeper of a mouse with no RGB and simple branding.
