That's the good. While it's no doubt had a good number of clicks, I have not used it any more or any harder than any of the other (far less expensive) mice I've used over the last 20+ years. I gained about another 6 months of use by repositioning my finger to a different location on the button, but about a month ago the button decided it was done for that purpose. I've gained some additional life by swapping the functions of the right & left buttons, but that's slowed my production.Considering I've historically gotten 3-5 years out of <$20 OEM mice, I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the G903's longevity. I've since found out the problem is a known issue with some models of Logitech mice. If' I'd paid anything more than half-price (which is still quite dear), I'd be angry. You can have two auxiliary buttons on the left and right sides of the mouse, but if you prefer a simpler build you can remove them and use the provided plain sidewalls to fill the gap. I have one for media, one for in the office, and several for gaming. Though wireless, latency is imperceptible even on a 75 hertz display with 2 ms latency. It is perfect for my needs. I game on my living room tv so wireless was a must in my case. As an FPS Shooter fan, I would have liked to have a sniper button on the left side. It would arguably have compromised the true left right handed flexibility, but not if they made it removable like the other buttons. The battery life is very good. Having used it for two months now, I would recommend this as a fantastic jack of all trades gaming mouse that can also pass for a respectable office mouse if you set the lights to off in your for the office profile. Do yourself a favor and grab one.

Best mice i've ever used
26 October 2022

I bought it and I've been daily driving it for about a year now, can confirm that it has absolutely no problems regarding latency, which was a point of concern before buying, the sensor is perfectly accurate as well. The mice is extremely comfortable and ergonomic to use, and the customizable buttons gives everyone options to make the mice the way you want. The 10 grams weight makes the mice a little to heavy for my liking, but is great to have it as an option, and the place where it goes makes so that it is future compatible in case you want to acquire a powerplay kit sometime soon. The usb cord, included with the mouse, which is used for charging, comes with an adaptor, which makes so that the receiver can sit in my desk for extra convenience.

Good, but the switches. . .

I'm not gonna lie, the mouse is fantastic. . . or rather, was. For almost a solid year of owning this mouse, it worked great! Despite the heft of the mouse itself, it was still easy to aim well with this in my shooters, and plus the side buttons helped well with activating anything that would normally require some awkward key inputs on the keyboard, and the infinite scroll wheel is really good for some quick scrolling, not to mention satisfying. But what keeps this from getting a full 5 stars is an issue a lot of people have had, and that's the mouse clicks.Again, it lasted me almost a solid year before the mouse switches started having some clicking issues, such as double clicking and the like. This can result in drag and drop being undone, ADS being undone in FPS, etc., and for a mouse that's normally a $150 (I snagged it on sale for $112), its quality should be able to stand up to that hefty price tag.And it should also be mentioned that the double-click issue is a rather common one, based on other reviews I have seen of this mouse.Overall, good mouse, at least, until the switches in the buttons start to degrade and give you double-clicking issues, and for a lot of people who look for really good performance in mice? This unfortunately does NOT fit the bill.

Great All-Around Mouse for Gaming and Productivity
26 July 2021

I've been searching for a mouse with low lag and a hyperscroll wheel for no-compromise gaming and productivity. I own the logitech mx anywhere 2s as well as the mx master, which have the hyperscroll wheel but are too laggy for FPS games. I also own the G305 which is low lag but too light for my taste, always falls off my keyboard tray, and doesn't have a hyperscroll wheel to scroll through long documents at work. This mouse, the g903, combines the best qualities of all those mice. In addition to the hyperscroll wheel, I also like the adjustable weight. I don't like mice that are too light, even though that is the trend in current gaming mice. This mouse is good for both gaming and productivity work.

The mouse has up to 11 programmable buttons which come in very handy for hot key commands across a number of different software and gaming platforms. When researching a new mouse I was torn with the age old questions “Wired or Wireless”. I like to have a clean workspace at my desk and whenever I can get wires out of sight, that’s a huge plus. However, there is always the chance that you sacrifice accuracy with a wireless setup. What I love about the G903 is you have the option to use is wired or wireless. It comes with a USB receiver, a braided USB to micro USB cable for charging or wired connection and a USB to micro USB for connecting the receiver to the braided cord. This allows you to reposition the receiver closer to your work surface if need be. The input lag or response time via the wireless “LIGHTSPEED” connection is virtually nonexistent. In fact, if it does exist, I haven’t noticed it at all. But if you truly wanted to rock the wired setup you still have that option with this mouse, which is nice. Also, when you do need to charge the mouse, simply connect it to the USB cable and you can continue using it as a “wired” mouse while it charges. This seems like it should be an obvious feature, however, I have seen a number of different devices over the years that you cannot use while they are charging so it’s worth noting that the G903 can.Pros:- Wired and wireless option with virtually no lag.- Great ergonomics-11 programmable buttons- Ambidextrous design- Comes with optional 10g weight.- Durable braided USB to micro USB cable.- Great battery life with power save mode.- Ability to track on a range of different surfaces in addition to the traditional mouse pad. (I use it directly on my wood desk top)Cons:-It’s rather expensive. (But… If you can justify it as an investment to you assist you for years to come, totally worth it)- Does not share the same receiver as other Logitech products such as the wireless Logitech G613 Keyboard. This would have been a nice feature and would have eliminated the need for two receivers plugged into my PC.Bottom line: If you are looking for a wireless / wired mouse that feels great in your hand, has a great design, has a number of programmable buttons and can justify dropping $115-160 (depending on sales) then I would highly recommend the Logitech G903.

I'll never go back after using this mouse

The G903 was my first logitech mouse. Best Buy offers such a great price on it that it's a no-brainer. This mouse is definitely worth the retail around $150 but if you can get it for less that's a steal. Here's why.First of all, it's ambidextrous. The side buttons can be added to either side, or you could use all of them if you'd like. The shape is extremely comfortable. You get all the best logitech features in this mouse. The sensor, long battery, wireless charging capability, omron switches, infinity scroll wheel, RGB, multiple DPI presets, virtually zero wireless latency, and to top it all off it has a great matte finish and it's surprisingly light with all the features it packs. For fps gaming, I use the G Pro Wireless. However, this mouse certainly performs great at FPS games despite being a bit heavier than the GPW. Furthermore, I even find myself missing the G903's features when gaming with the G pro wireless. And when switching from gaming to other more boring computer tasks like video edit, photoshop, browsing web pages and so on, I'm happier with the G903 and its fantastic scroll wheel.Honestly, if I was only allowed one mouse for everything, this would be it. It is a great balance of features and gaming performance. The only cons to consider with this mouse:There are many lighter mice on the market for lower prices, so if lightweight is top priority, this mouse may disappoint. Some say the switches begin to double-click after some time. I have not had this problem after owning for several months and logging hundreds of hours on this mouse. YMMV.And it rattles a bit.

Not Too shabby

Had this for over a year now and it functions pretty well. The hotkeys are awesome for either gaming or pro software integrations. Hyperscroll is great and being able to switch DPI on the fly is very handy for FPS games and doing precision work in pro apps like Photoshop or Premiere Pro.Some downsides are the battery does drain fast. I get about maybe 3ish day of battery at high usage and about a week when I'm doing minor tasks. Also the G hub is ok. I found myself having to restart the program to get my profiles working again. Also unplugging the mouse from the chord resets the profile to on-board memory so that gets kinda annoying. I recommend switching the mouse off before you unplug, then switch it back on. Definitely don't recommend using that for competitive gaming. Maybe just secondary things that aren't as demanding could be programmed there.
