Product Quality:Audio quality is pretty good!Best Feature:Audio is good!Performance:Mic's quality is good - noticeably better that cheaper headsets!Mic quality is pretty good. Noise cancelling is good enough I think - but rain can be heard in the background... dog's barking can be heard but it's muffled at least. Ear cushions are comfy enough but can hurt a bit after a long time (I work 10 hours) - I prefer cushions that go around my ear, like completely covering it. This one is just *on* your ears. Mic is adjustable but not all the way (you can only put the mic on your left side). Seller shipped it really late though... and the courier took a long time to update. Thankfully it arrived safely.

Different Than Expected

As you can see in the photo, they are pink. I received all black headphones. I purchased several, and not one of them was correct. I explained to customer service that the headsets arrived in little baggies. Each of them was black and without the logi label. Since it was an outside vendor, they asked the vendor. Nothing was done to correct the situation. If you want to purchase something different than intended, this might be fine. In my case, I was not literally looking for a grab bag. They have worked okay, but I paid for pink Logitech headphones on sale, not imitation black ones. Hopefully, they will fix the matter. Thanks.

I work remotely and needed

I work remotely and needed a new headset due to microphone issues, so I decided to order this headset in September 2023 from the website. The microphone and sound quality are clear and crisp! I like the fact that the cord can be clipped onto your clothing. The mute and volume control buttons are easily accessible. Also the blinking light is a great feature as a reminder that the microphone has been muted. However, from my experience the microphone does pick up some background noises, and my ears did experience some tenderness from the pads after wearing for a few hours. But, overall the H390 USB Computer Headset is a great product.

Totally disappointed and very uncomfortable

Very disappointed. I bought this headset believing it would be extremely lightweight and it is, but I expected it to be comfortable and it is not, not by a long shot!. I can't tolerate wearing this headset longer than 5 minutes without pulling it away from my ears. The headset is definitely not too tight but the amount of discomfort on my ears is unbearable, considering it is advertised as being comfortable enough to wear for hours. I haven't owned a logitech headset for about 10 years and decided to give them another try, now wishing I had stuck to other brands that I have been using the past 10+ years. Plenty of other gaming brand headsets for the same price that are so much for comfortable to wear for hours. Don't waste your money on these

works well, unusual color is handy!

I got the pink because I'm tired of trying to untangle black cords..and this works nicely. Much easier to see a pink headphone on a dark colored desk with dark colored cables and other dark colored things. Ok, I might have preferred a color other than pink, but it's great to have something other than "dark" on my desk.Price was good. "Just Worked" on Windows 10. No usage issues at all.Only minor gripe is the and - on the volume buttons are hard to read, and it seems I often end up leaning against the "-" button which sometimes causes me to wonder why everyone got quiet. Mute button is handy, but takes a bit to remember "solid light" is unmuted and blinking is muted.
