Performance:Bad for gamingif you're gaming, don't buy this garbage.the keyboard is silent, which is the only good point, might be good for office use I guessthe keys you are holding sometimes just doesn't hold, most noticable is when holding w to walk, it stops sometimes and I have to press again.you also can't press 3 buttons at the same time which is just plain annoyingthe buttons are easy to press, but you can't really feel the press, not rly satisfiedoverall don't buy this unless you hate yourself, trust me.

I really do like the feel of this keyboard. The keys responsiveness is just right. It has the little legs on the back to tilt it into the perfect position. It’s a wireless keyboard with USB connection which is so handy. The battery life is brilliant. I’ve used this for 2 years and the batteries haven’t needed changing yet. I use it every weekday, all day for work. I’d be hard pushed to find another one I like as much as this.

A great buy for those looking to clear the clutter

This device is extremely easy to set up (once the USB receiver is plugged into its port it is a matter of seconds before the keyboard and European-style Logi mouse are ready to be used). The keyboard is very ergonomically designed (especially for I.T. professionals) and so it feels very good. For the mouse, I'm used to a larger device to quickly move about however, that is just a matter of time before I'll become quite used to this much sleeker model (as I had been using an old-school wired mouse for a long time and so I'm an 'old dog learning new tricks'. For light users that think they may need to spend money to get a port replicator, or docking station, I would recommend them to consider if they really only need to free up 1 USB port in order to productively use ... MoreThis device is extremely easy to set up (once the USB receiver is plugged into its port it is a matter of seconds before the keyboard and European-style Logi mouse are ready to be used). If so, this device could save them anywhere from $50 to over $100 USD. If you're not a heavy user, and you just need to clear away some wires, and require one more port to get along o.k., then the K270 is a great investment. Even if, after that, a user needs more ports to handle things such as a headset, or multiple displays, this combo set still can add a much nicer feel as you move back and forth between many screens, glide with the mouse, and collaborate via WebEx/Zoom/etc. The price, as well, is rather nice and, at least right now, better at Walmart than via Amazon Prime.

Good quality compact wireless keyboard and mouse
3 July 2019

Really happy with this keyboard and mouse. Keys on the keyboard are light to touch, quiet but not silent and overall a good compact sleek design, especially if space is limited - without losing a functional number pad. Fold away legs are very sturdy and lift the keyboard slightly for a more comfortable typing position.5 rubber pads on the bottom mean the keyboard doesn't slip about when typing at speed and there seem to be 4 drainage holes which will definitely help if there are any accidental spillages! There are 8 pre-programmed hot keys along the top of the keyboard which are great for quick access to certain things like web browsing, access to email etc and the one I love the most is the calculator...it has been used a lot! Both the keyboard and mouse have ... MoreReally happy with this keyboard and mouse. No issues so far with range or lag which can be very common. And the installation process was seamless, no extra software needed.Overall a good quality compact wireless mouse and keyboard.

Noisy, missing key strokes after few months use
29 September 2023

I knew the price was too low for a good wireless keyboard. After 6 months I began to experience keystrokes missing especially with first character typed. Could not detect any specific keys bad just random missing ones. Battery was good but tried new one and did not help. Seems like keyboard sleeps and pauses maybe with not registering keystroke. Not sure why it worked for months without issues. Maybe some other sort of interference. Had to throw out keyboard it was too unreliable.

Review of LOGITECH K270 Wireless Keyboard
3 June 2023

Good Points: There are none.Improvement Points: I was using this keyboard in a home environment to connect to a pc tower about 2m away. It had horrible connectivity, would randomly develop a huge delay or not respond at all. Extremely frustrating and unreliable especially since the product description bangs on about how good a connection it will have. Was using the keyboard in conjunction with a wireless Logitech mouse that I've had for years and has never given me a problem. This item is just rubbish, Do not buy.

Works well, good feel & features, and a connectivity tip
29 September 2020

Plugged in Unified dongle and it works well on my Dell Windows 10 Pro desktop - I use a wired Marble Mouse, so I didn't want to pay for another wireless mouse. The tactile feeling is OK, not as good as the more expensive Logitech keyboards, but about the same as the bundled Dell wired keyboard, much better than cheaper keyboards, and I'm happy. It had the extra keys I wanted - pause/play, volume up, down, mute. Two more keys have proved useful - PC sleep, and calculator (brings up Windows calculator). SetPoint app works as expected. One other nice feature - a firmware update tool, although not necessary (yet) for the unit I got which was up-to-date.There is a CAPS LOCK status light, but none for NUM LOCK. One other nice feature - a firmware update tool, although not necessary (yet) for the unit I got which was up-to-date.There is a CAPS LOCK status light, but none for NUM LOCK. However, with Logtech SetPoint a notice pops up briefly on screen along with an audio tone (beep/boop). Still a nice-to-have, but not enough to know any stars off the ratings.Last point which is a tip in case you see this problem - I had terrible keypress stutter - missing characters, or replicated characters as if it had key bounce. I Googled this, and found LOTS or posts everywhere. Lots of conflicting and more-or-less involved solutions including editing the Windows registry and either removing or installing SetPoint (or re-installing). In the end, the only fix needed was to add a USB extension to the dongle, to bring it from behind the PC (and adjacent monitor) to a few inches closer to the keyboard. The problem completely disappeared. Another possible contributing factor is the 1" thick hardwood desktop between PC and keyboard, plus the extra distance added when pulling the keyboard drawer out.Later I moved it to the USB hub I was adding anyway to bring more ports for easy access. It's now back behind the monitor but no longer on the backside of the PC, and it still has no issues.

This keyboard is similar to the other in most ways, but it's powered by AA batteries rather than being rechargeable, and it's not illuminated, which isn't something I need anyway since I'm blind.I had a bad experience with a Logitech Bluetooth keyboard that was powered by AA batteries a few years ago. The batteries never lasted long and I had to constantly replace them. That made me nervous about this keyboard being powered the same way, but I decided to give it a try. The batteries have far outlasted my expectations. I've had this keyboard for a month now, and it's still running well on the batteries it came with. This is with constant usage and never shutting it off.I also have no issues with keys seeming to get stuck like I have on other keyboards, and there's no delay at all between pressing a key and my laptop's response. If you're looking for a good keyboard, don't mind using batteries, and don't need any extra features, I recommend this one.
