I purchased this keyboard because I was having to reach over my Wacom Cintiq 22 to use my laptop's keyboard. (In my setup, the laptop has to sit behind the Wacom display and under my secondary monitor). This was extremely inconvenient, particularly when having to use keyboard commands to control my drawing software. The Logitech K380 is compact, only 28cm (11") wide, and easily sits snugly to the left of the pen display. Keyboard commands can then be used with the left hand while using the display pen with the right hand. This position for the K380 also allows convenient access to the full QWERTY keyboard, which is very helpful when occasionally using other software while also working on the pen display. The Logitech K380 was straightforward to set up with the laptop.

Bought this so that I could hook my laptop up to an external monitor and sit farther back from the screen to reduce eye strain. The product came with batteries installed but was switched "on" when it came out of the box, and the batteries had died. Simple enough to replace them but a little disappointing. It's a good keyboard so far, had it for about a month, the only issue is that it has been causing me some arm strain while using it as I get used to the new position/size/keys of the keyboard compared to that of my laptop. This might just be a matter of getting used to it, but I would caution people to see if you can try one out for a while before buying one to see if it causes strain. Other than that, very happy with it.

Then I discovered two posts by other users in the Logitech Community Forum with the exact same problem -- an *unresolved* problem. I feel that Logitech should remove from their product advertising and information the claim that the K380 works with Windows 10, since there obviously are some users of the K380 on whose PCs the K380 does not work with Windows 10. I ended up returning the K380 to the retailer and then buying a replacement multi-device Bluetooth keyboard that does work with Windows 10 (and Android and macOS), is sturdier than the K380, has additional keys and LEDs, and cost less than 50% of the cost of the K380 -- including shipment from the USA to New Zealand!

I’ve had a cheap bluetooth keyboard for a while and loved the concept, but the execution was poor. Finally made the decision to buy a nice one and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. The keys are perfectly responsive; there’s no mistyping or not registering key presses. It links up to 3 devices at once, and switches between them with the single press of a button. It connects almost immediately! I’ve never had any connection issues or disconnects. I’ve tried it out with phones, iPads, PC and a PS4. The battery life is excellent. I’ve been using this product daily for 3 weeks now and never had to change batteries. This keyboard looks and feels fantastic; such high quality. I cannot recommend it enough and wish I’d gotten one much sooner!
The sturdy, light and streamline K380 is the best travel companion for anyone especially an I.T worker such as myself. I use the k380 with both my work phone and computer daily, and the multi pairing feature of this keyboard means I can switch between typing on my laptop to my phone seamlessly. The low profile, low travel keys have also helped reduce the amount of strain and stress I put my fingers. I do not have to press hard to achieve a key stroke and the feel of the keys always leave me confident you haven't missed a single letter while typing out an important work email or review. (yes i am using it now) With my workplace moving to activity based work (ABW) seating and covid still prefolent. Being able to carry my own keyboard to work means I don't have to ... Being able to carry my own keyboard to work means I don't have to worry about who has used the desk last and if they sneezed or washed their hands before using the keyboard avaliable on the desk. I simply pull my laptop out of my bag turn it on and in less then a shake of a sauce bottle the K380 is paired and ready to type. Battery life of this keyboard is amazing as well, it takes 2 AAA batteries which last for well over three months of intence daily typing. Even if i forget to turn it of before storing it. When I notice the low battery light turns on on a busy day, I never have to worry about finding batteries then and there. As the light come on early enough to give you about another weeks worth of typing. I have had this keyboard for over a year and a half now and can say with ease it is among one of my favorite purchase. I am gald to say it has easly put up with abuse and rough houseing of living in my bag and is still typing like it was when I first bought it. This keyboard come with a 5 Star rating from me and I cannot wait to see what the next generation of this keyboard looks like.
I give critical reviews. I focus on shortcomings if I find any - as compared to the marketed value and feature set. For this keyboard, for the price and the promise it gives I have to say it does everything it’s supposed to and for a competitive price. If I could have it with backlit keys that have on/off switch for light/no light - I’d pay 50% more and give it 6 stars out of 5. It’d need more batteries, maybe, be a tiny bit bigger and a touch heavier but I reckon it can be done w/o too much difference at all. I mean 3 keys already have LED’s and it has a power on/off switch too. Again though, for what it is, what it does, what it’s supposed to do for the price it’s great. Cons - If I had to, I’d say it could do with page up/down keys, or maybe I just haven’t found them. Wish list - backlit keys
I have been using this keyboard for over 3 months after my past $28 dollar keyboard from Aliexpress broke. My new Logitech keyboard was a big upgrade from my past one. It feels of exceptional quality and is so easy to use. I mainly use this for school on my Samsung Tab A, and occasionally when i need to switch to my phone (Samsung A52), it switches so quickly with the press of a button. Overall i highly recommend this product to anyone of age or preference as there is nothing i can think of that it does not have. It is extremely affordable for its quality and performance. I highly recommend 10/10 not faults.
Seemed well-made, but giving it a quick test I could see that it was slightly smaller in terms of key size/spacing than my laptop keyboard. Meant that I had to reach my fingers in towards the central keys at a bit of an odd angle. Not sure if I'd get used to it after a few days/weeks, but I'd be pretty wary of this one if you have decent sized man hands. If you're mostly going to be using this keyboard at a desk, just go for a full-sized keyboard and enjoy the room. Microsoft makes some decent slimline bluetooth keyboards with full-sized key layout. If you want a compact keyboard for swinging between tablets, phones, laptops on the go, then I could see how the Logitech K380 could be a handy item.
I was searching for keyboards that provided thinner keys since that's my personal preference and because I find blocks keys uncomfortable to use. When I found Logitech's K380 series, I decided to purchase it and it was exactly what I was looking for. The keys are smooth and my fingers are able to glide over them so easily. The keyboard is thin and is easy to store as well. If you're looking for thin keys, this is it. <3
I spent hours trying to connect it to my computer via Bluetooth. My computer is new too with Windows 10. It finally connected but the typing is atrocious. It is so delayed I type and nothing happens for about 10-20secs then it suddenly appears. The keyboard is right next to the computer too tried it further away and it doesn't work. Forget this one way better ones out there. Also if you have a Logitech USB for mouse it won't connect keyboard it doesn't like it, so it's pointless. I'm taking it back to swap for something else or refund.
