Logitech M170 Wireless Mouse

Love Logitech brand when it comes to computer mouse. They are small and lightweight mouse but works pretty well! Easy to set up and vary affordable. Logitech never fails with their quality even if they're cheap! Been using it for years and never I had encountered any problem with it so i highly recommend it!

Almost perfect little mouse

Got this at a good price, under $10 I think. Can't beat it. It actually tracks better with more accurate pointing than the USB ones I have at the office and at home.This uses a small USB dongle to connect wirelessly to the laptop. The good part is that the dongle is small enough that you can leave it in and not be afraid of it popping out when you put the laptop into a computer bag or carrying case. Not happy that I have to eat up one of the three USB ports on my laptop for the dongle but so far I been getting by as I usually only have two other devices - a teleconference speaker and flash drive - plugged in at the same time.The mouse is small enough to fit under my palm and away from my wrist. I bought this Logitech because I have never had an issue with any of the Logitech products I've used over the years. My last Logitech infrared optic mouse lasted almost 15 years. That's how good these products are. However, 'if man made it, eventually it will break' and after all those years I finally needed to buy a new mouse. Hint, the plug & play chip is inside the battery compartment of the mouse. I feel really out of the loop with that because I had bought one, couldn't get it to work, and I couldn't figure out why. I'm pretty tech savvy but the hidden chip threw me. OK I got a replacement and figured it out so I guess I'll keep the first and just pay for it. The TV computer needs a new mouse anyhow lol...Great value!!

I only ordered this mouse because my original Logitech did stop working for a few hours even with new battery then started again. So thought Id better have a spare. And the good thing it was a nice bright red so can see it on my grey laptop lid. Having had no issues with my mouse for quite a few years and not a fan of the track pad I had no hesitation ordering another Logitech, they seem to be a good brand. It is slightly different to hold in shape but couple of hours use, soon got use to it and comfortable. The wheel is smooth and clicks slightly quieter maybe, but not a concern anyway. I am using it now and have kept the old one as spare. As it does seem to last a long time I think it is good value for money. Very nice item.

Its a mouse. It helps me to move a pointer around a screen and select some things. It does its job. Like youd hope from a mouse.Its actually really quite good, especially as mine was from ClickElectronics Warehouse and so cheaper than it should have been. Its better than my previous Daffodil mouse, which did give up the ghost after less than a year, but Im not entirely sold on the feel of the thing. Its got a decent weight, but the buttons themselves are a little light and loose, which doesnt suit my heavy clicking style. Yes, Im a monster, but thats just how I am.No real complaints though. I had an Apple Magic Mouse which packed up after about 2 years, so decided on this one. The instructions are a bit brief, however it was in use within a minute as it sorts itself out, no downloads or software to get involved with.Buttons are excellent however the scroll wheel is a bit jerky and spoils the otherwise excellent mouse. It seems the finish is too smooth.for meI did eventually find where to adjust the mouse by clicking on the blue tooth symbol and click on mouse. Apple MacDowngraded another star as the scroll wheel is very poor, jerks even when scrolled slowly, feel like its going in the bin.edit, tried a few days and scroll wheel rubbish. Bought different make.

This was an impulse buy. Ten bucks for a reputable Logitech wireless mouse Yes, please. I bought a black one for me, a blue and a red for the kids. This is the same review I left for the black version of this mouse. The mouse looked great from the pictures and reviews but in real life, its light even with 1 AA battery in it and tiny its the length of your fingers so your palm will be resting on the table or mouse pad. Its about the same size as the Logitech 325c but flatter. Its will make a good mobilelaptop mouse to keep in your computer bagbackpack or for younger kids with smaller hands but for an adults everyday use, I prefer to have a larger mouse.

While setting up a TV for media streaming, I needed a wireless keyboard and pointing capability of some kind. Though the wireless keyboard had a built-in touch pad, I felt more comfortable using a mouse. I decided to try this Logitech wireless mouse, and I was not disappointed. It is quite small in size and fits comfortably in the hand. The buttons click nicely without too much force required, and the scroll wheel works smoothly. Once I had it set up in Linux Lite, I was very happy with the pointing precision of the mouse. The cursor moves smoothly on the screen and precisely where it needs to be. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Normally, I have had excellent results when using Logitech products. And, even though the mouse is small and uncomfortable to hold/use, at first it worked fine. However, after a few weeks the mouse pointer began moving erratically and repeatedly freezing up during use. This problem occurred with normal use and while gaming. I reviewed the mouse settings in Control Panel, moved the dongle to different USB ports and replaced the mouse battery but none of this helped. I'm not sure if the mouse is defective or if there is some other factor causing the problems but I have gone back to using a corded mouse at this time. Very disappointed with this product.
