After many hours spent with IT technicians on site, we have concluded that the Rallybar we received does not function via bluetooth, does not respond to the remote/freezes during setup, and cannot connect to Zoom. For our meetings, we have had to connect the computer via two cables—an HDMI one plugged into the TV and another plugged into the Rallybar—in order to have some semblance of a working virtual conferencing system. The camera's smart tracking system does not follow speakers around the conference table, either. When contacted, Logitech support was unable to help resolve the issue and has continuously redirected us to other organizations (like Zoom)—even when two separate IT technicians confirmed that it was likely a problem with the Rallybar itself.

Having purchased four of these devices I can tell you to avoid this if you use MS Outlook and MS Teams rooms. On the surface the product seems great but because their devices do not "see" MS Teams rooms when scheduled via the MS Outlook client they are worthless. You cannot start your meeting from the Tap devices, which you pay extra for, from within the rooms. So when you are in the conference room you cannot join your scheduled meeting.Extremely deficient integration with MS Teams Rooms and Outlook clients.

The equipment is great. Your support however, was terrible.
Great camera, mics, and speakers in the Rally Bar. It tracks the speaker and zooms/pans as needed to always focus on who is speaking. Looks great too.
I really want to like this bar… when it works, it works. But the problem is that it often displays an “orange” light, which means it’s connected, but not playing the video from the camera when BYOD mode. This is EXTREMELY frustrating. And there is nothing anywhere where it say how to fix the orange light. The only thing we have figured out is unplug, replug, turn device on and off, and repeat this a few times in a row until all the sudden it works again…I’m going to try to return it and find something more trustworthy.
The product is awesome , works so good that I can only say that is probaby the best solution out there.I`ve been tested other geat productrs however, ovearall this surpass Poly and other
Great product but your manual that came with the product on how to hookup the wires with POE adapters was a JOKE probl. the worst ever I can see you tried to simplify the setup but you failed big time.
