Logitech Rally Bar Mini Webcam White

Where to start...First off, I will say that the cameras and internal mics are fantastic. I have zero complaints with the quality of the equipment Logitech makes.My frustration and the reason for my 3 stars is because it is so difficult to speak to a human who can answer my questions, which resulted in purchasing the Sight, thinking it would pair with the MeetUp Bar, which it did not. Then we purchased the Rally Bar Huddle, thinking that would pair with the Sight. It also did not pair. No where on the website did it say that the Huddle did not pair with the Sight. And even a Logitech represented admitted that it was not on the website, to which he said, they would add that detail. So then, I had to purchase the Rally Bar Mini and send back the Huddle. Sure, they will respond via email, several days later, but try calling them. It's impossible.Logitech, please make your website more user friendly and clear on what equipment pairs and does not pair together, and make it easier to reach an actual person on the phone to troubleshoot.Thank you.

I really want to like this bar… when it works, it works. But the problem is that it often displays an “orange” light, which means it’s connected, but not playing the video from the camera when BYOD mode.This is EXTREMELY frustrating. And there is nothing anywhere where it say how to fix the orange light. The only thing we have figured out is unplug, replug, turn device on and off, and repeat this a few times in a row until all the sudden it works again…The orange light error is so frustrating because it’s basically saying: “Yes, it’s all set up.. but I’m not gonna work for some unknown reason.”I’m going to try to return it and find something more trustworthy.

The Rally device works very well and is plug and play. The camera quality is good and the tracking function works well. This is a very well put together device and I enjoy using it.
