Initially I bought the Logitech MK550 but the keys were far too clicky and raised, and the shaped keyboard was too weird. So I sent it back and bought this instead - much better! The keys are much quieter and easier to press, and the shape is standard. The mouse is comfortable and responsive. It connected (Logi-Bolt) and worked instantly without changing any settings. At first the Logi-Options app (which you need to download to change key settings and see battery life) didn't install when downloaded from the recommended site. But after contacting support they sent me a different link which worked fine. Even the packaging was great too with almost no plastic, mostly cardboard! Definitely recommended on all counts, even if you're not a 'business'.

The keyboard tries to save on battery; if you have not used it in a little while, there will be a small delay when you first start typing again but then it types normally.You can choose to either use the included USB receiver or if your computer has Bluetooth, the keyboard can communicate via Bluetooth as well. I have used only the Bluetooth so far since I have a combo Wi-fi/Bluetooth card in my desktop computer.The keyboard has a lot of extra functions; for example, there is a button to bring up the calculator right away which can be handy. However, finding the numlock key can be a challenge; it is in the numerical pad area on the button that has the word clear and a bar and then a picture of a lock. Just press it to toggle.

Bulky keyboardNice mouseBoth stopped working on a Surface Pro though Bluetooth showed connected. Reconnected Bluetooth but still had issues.Finally found an FAQ recommending to reboot the system your on… that worked.We kept the mouse and tossed the keyboard. Having to now use dell receiver for keyboard & have written instructions for my elderly mother how to reboot her tablet.
Has satisfying clicks and sound. Hence the touch and feel is good as well. Wrist is a non-issue for me personally. Foot print is right size as well. Down side is, since connectivity is thru newer standards vs what Logitech use to connect via Unifying Software. This puts constraints if corporate IT policies does not allow to use newer standards like "Swift" connectivity. Otherwise a good and cost effective Keyboard.

I have queried in the community, googled, searched Reddit, visited the Logitech website multiple times, reset, downloaded an app, and for love or money, I cannot get a functional key. I am using the keyboard with a new Mac Mini. I have tried every alternate key combination possible, and still not joy.I finally added the @ symbol as a "favorite" emoji so I can hit the F6 key and access it, but come on! Don't sell this as a Swiss keyboard if it misses some critical functionality.Unfortunately, I didn't use the keyboard until after the 30 day return term was over, and I will use it until I can afford an actual functional Swiss keyboard.Just buyer beware! If you want to access the @ symbol easily, this is not the keyboard for you.
Ordered for several people who work in my office. Everyone has loved this combo so far! Feels like better quality than the entry level mouse and keyboard. Plus, since people tend to loss the dongle, the bolt dongle that can be bought separately is a great backup! Just have to remap the mouse and keyboard using Logitech Options+ if someone loses one! And who doesn't love a couple remappable buttons (also adjustable with Options+)!
