If you have a pc and need speakers for sound, these get the job done. They're not great but not terrible either. If your a sound enthusiasts go for a sound bar instead. My only complaints with this speakers are the cables. It's rather cheaply made and the overall length is quite short. If your pc is sitting on the ground I guarantee the cables won't be long enough to reach it, that's how short they are. Also these speakers are only 6w but Logitech has decided instead of making them USB power they have to be plugged into an electrical outlet, a bit overkill but I guess that's for cost saving reasons. I picked these up on black Friday sale so I'm happy with my purchase.

Just started PC gaming in the last few months and bought these as they seem to be reccomended. The sound quality when turning on was not as good as hoped for but when I sat in front of them they got a little louder and were perfectly balanced across my ears which helped improve my opinion of them. There is the issue though where they won't always make noose even though plugged in correctly. I am not sure if it is them or my computer but it seems to be fixed by restarting the game. Replugging in the speakers or reseting the default output. 5 stars though because it is a very good speaker set for the price

I've purchased three sets of these speakers for peoples' offices at my company. One of which being my own office. Todd Howard would be proud as they just work. You plug them in and Windows 10 recognizes them immediately. There's no configuring or settings troubleshooting at all. Sound quality is great. No humming or white noise/static. I've been using mine for about three years now with no issues. I will be buying these again for the next office that needs speakers.

I just received these speakers and they work well with decent range. Having read reviews on here and on Amazon, it was difficult to tell what the quality of these would be - I didn't want/need BIG sound and had no need for subwoofers but wanted more power than USB-powered speakers could deliver. First off, these are about what you should expect from computer speakers in terms of size - not very big but not very small (about 6 inches tall and a few inches wide/deep). When I first plugged them in to my computer sound port (not a sound card) they didn't produce enough sound. The fix was to "Change system sounds" from the Control panel, select the Playback tab, Select speakers, Select Configure, Select Stereo, then on the next screen select Full range speakers. This ... When I first plugged them in to my computer sound port (not a sound card) they didn't produce enough sound. The fix was to "Change system sounds" from the Control panel, select the Playback tab, Select speakers, Select Configure, Select Stereo, then on the next screen select Full range speakers. This fixed the loudness issue but, honestly, the speakers sounded horribly tinny. I'm not the most picky person, but this was so bad that I thought I'd have to return them. Looking into it, I decided maybe an equalizer would fix the problem. Supposedly this should be present in Windows (Change system sounds from the Control panel, select the Playback tab, Select speakers, Select Properties, Select Enhancements, Scroll down and select Equalizer then adjust to one of the presets or create your own) but I couldn't find that option. I was going to download Equalizer Pro when I found another post that suggested making sure you have the correct audio driver if you don't see the equalizer. Sure enough, I was using the MS audio driver rather than Realtek. I downloaded the latter, created a preset where I reduced the high frequency and now the speakers sound great. So minus one-star for all the work as this should be more plug-n-play. If you have a single monitor desktop setup and are looking for decent cost-effective sound that doesn't take up too much space, then these will do the trick. If you are an audiophile (I'm listening to music while I work, BTW) then you shouldn't be looking at speakers in this price range (multiply the cost by 10 and look there). If you are a gamer, then you should step up about $10 and get a speakers with subwoofer. If you have dual monitors, then these cords are probably too short for you. If you have a laptop, then you'll probably want USB-powered speakers as, while these are smallish, I wouldn't call them portable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with these speakers so far. Good luck!
I love these speakers. The sound quality is very good, and they were easy to set up. I use them with an old tv and video game system. I purchased a 3.5mm Audio Male to 2 RCA Female cable adapter so I can hook anything to these speakers via the audio input jack on the front right side. Great set of speakers for retro gaming in my opinion. Logitech has always been great for me so I highly recommend these!
Low Quality Product, Life span = approx. 2 months. The is the second set of speakers that I have purchased since last fall (2021). For the first few weeks the sound quality is excellent. Unfortunately, the wire that connects to the device wears out quickly and the speakers cease working. I even reinforced the wires with electrical tape immediately after the purchase of the second set-- to no avail. Do your research and purchase a higher quality product. You may spend more, but it will be worth it. Like the saying goes: "When you buy cheap, you pay twice!" For this product, this saying was literally true.
Very poor documentation .. Logotech. Time Wasting Store Policy.. What is NOT apparent from the description of these is that the 3.5 mm AUX input is NOT a socket, as many might assume, but a fixed MALE 3.5mm plug without any female to female adaptor. So if you have a PC semi built in with a phono lead coming out, with a plug on the end, these are not a good idea and you waste your time and that of the staff when you need are fund. How easy would it have been to add an accurate description to the outside of the box?? Whilst this is Logtech's failure, the store policy that says "we can't open a box to look at connectors, it isn't new then" is illogical. I brought them back anyway. It just wasted MY time. Luckily I opened the box in the carpark before the store closed ... MoreVery poor documentation .. Logotech. Time Wasting Store Policy.. My old set of 2.1 speakers that I'd had for 15 years finally gave out, and since I have gone more minimalist with basically everything else in my apartment lately, I wanted to get a simple pair of stereo speakers. I have room mates and not the thickest walls, so I wanted decent volume but not booming, I also am a heavy metal fan so I wanted speakers that wouldn't deprive me of any joy of my favourite music. Amazingly, these speakers do well in both. I'm usually happily served with these speakers at 60-75% volume for when I'm just walking around cleaning or getting ready to go out, and that leaves room for if I still want to "crank" them (if I know my room mates aren't home). I tested out several different metal tracks with deep bass the day I set the speakers up, ... I tested out several different metal tracks with deep bass the day I set the speakers up, and I was very pleased with the result. Like I said, I don't feel like I'm missing a whole lot. They're obviously not top of the line but I'm also not an audio snob. They're plenty good enough (and I've heard MUCH worse cheap speakers) I would say that my only knock on these speakers thus far is that if you plug headphones into the front port (haven't tested the aux), you get one uniform volume, the knob doesn't control it. Meaning if you need to adjust the volume with headphones plugged in, you have to do that through your computer (either through the global volume control, or the individual program, like if you were using VLC for example). Another tiny complaint - the braille type nub on the volume knob (to indicate the level as you turn it) is tiny and black like the rest of the speaker face, so you can't easily see it (and I turn the knob by grabbing around the edges, not holding the front). Easy solution - I just took a white wax pencil and marked the little nub so I can see where it is but I wish it was more distinct on its own. In conclusion, for the price, these are a solid pair of "cheap" speakers. Good for watching YouTube, Netflix, listening to music, or doing video chats/gaming. I might even buy a second pair. I have no idea what to expect for longevity but I'd like to have these speakers for many years hopefully.
If you just need a pair of speakers to connect to something these might do the trick. If you need volume control for the head phone jack, NOPE.... I had a pair of Logitech Z130's that I was happy with - gave them to my son as he just went from a slow laptop to a desktop. Instead of buying another pair of Z130's got the Z150's thinking it would be cool to save $10. Should have spent the $10 extra. Quickly found out the headphone jack bypasses the volume control. Even turned off and unpowered, you can connect something to the front input and get the same volume out of the device you are connected to. I don't think I've ever encountered a pair of speakers with a headphone jack that the volume control didn't also adjust the headphone volume - this is not mentioned ... 2 pairs of Z`150 arrived today. I also have 3 pairs of the earlier version, the Z130. I have had the Z130 for, must be at least 10 years or more and they are still good. I bought the Z150 because I need two extra pair of speakers. If you have not used external speakers before just remember that an iPad and some computers will turn the volume on the device because they treat the speakers as headphones so you need to turn the volume back up on the device. You simply can't go wrong with the Logitech speakers.
