Bought this in store. Was not the bag as listed. I think it was a return, as it had another brand's coverall bag inside of it, and the strap was not the one as listed in the photo. The strap was a Longchamp black leather thin strap instead. It was fine with the bag, but not as photographed. I guess Nordstrom needs to be better with their returns and resales. But in truth, it's fine for me. Just isn't as listed.

As someone else mentioned, the bag received is not like the majority of the pictures. the strap appears removable in the pictures, but the one I received is not and can also not be adjusted length-wise. I also received the bag with the security tag still on and had to send it back because there’s no store near me. they advised I would have to return then purchase again. now the color I purchased isn’t even available any longer. disappointing experience overall.

I love Longchamp bags but I’m really confused why stew are selling the old design (non removable strap) and new design (removable strap) as the same product. I’ve ordered this bag in black, pictured with removable strap twice (from Bloomingdale’s & direct from Longchamp) and both times I’ve received the old design. It’s frustrating that they are not separate listings so customers know exactly which design they will receive. If you want the new design, be warned you may receive old inventory with the old design.

This is a nice looking bag and the fabric is a bit thicker than that on the original Le Pliage bags so it feels a bit more substantial.I would have preferred it to have the same dimensions as the original bags, this one being a couple of centimetres shorter, but that's not an issue.As a previous reviewer stated, the strap is not removable although the JL description says it is. The problem for me is the length of the strap - it's far too short at just over 105cm long and some this is lost when threaded through the buckle.It was just about OK for me to use as a shoulder bag, but far too short to comfortably use as a cross body bag - which is the main reason I bought it.
This is a great crossbody bag with a roomy interior. I did buy a ZTUJO purse organizer (L) from Amazon to go with it. The organizer helps give it shape and dimension, allows it to stand on its own, and helps things not get lost in the black interior. It is a great size--big enough for my large wallet, small water bottle, etc. I plan to use it for travel, but it has become my everyday bag. As a mom, the crossbody style allows me to have my hands free. It does hit high on the hip, but I'm on the taller end (5'7"), and I think it's fine. The material is thicker and sturdier than my other Longchamp bag, and it is also water resistant--a necessity for travel and helpful for everyday.
I am a longtime fan of Longchamps but like a crossbody bag, especially when I ask working - travelling between offices carrying a laptop and the rest of my office equipment. I will confess, I do not 'travel light.' This bag is ideal for me. I can get makeup, 'phones (business and personal), the numerous ID badges I need for different clients, tissues, etc, etc still with a bit of room to spare. Two inside pockets - one for the various passes and pens, the other for travel cards. Perfect.
I am so obsessed with this bag. I love the structure and the classic Le Pliage look, and especially love that it's mini. It still holds my phone, wallet, and a few other things like a small scarf plus a phone charger. It's the perfect travel bag because of it's water resistant exterior. I love that I can travel with it but still dress it up since it has an elevated style.

I was so excited to see this one because I have 2 other Longchamp bags that have held up really well over the past 7-8 years.This bag size is perfect as it is super small but still fits all of the essentials. I do agree with a previous comment that a longer waller would be harder to pull in and out of this bag, but I'm preferring a smaller wallet right now anyway. Also, I'm only 5'2" with a short waist, and this bag hits me right at the hip when the strap is fully elongated. This is perfect for me, but if you are taller and like for a crossbody to hit you lower then you may want to test it out in store. I just picked this bag up last week and I am in love. The picture here makes it look like the black strap isn't removable, but it is! It clips on. It's a great size, will hold my full size wallet, phone, keys, headphone pouch, and coin purse. I will wear it with the strap for casual looks and remove the strap for dressy events. I can slide the handle on my forearm, but it's a tight fit for me, if you have skinny arms you will probably be fine. The material is easy to wipe clean & the zipper pull tassel is a quirky touch. I'm 5'4 with a short torso and the crossbody hits right at my hip-so if you are tall or long waisted, the strap might be too short for you. Very cute, practical bag.
I really wanted a Longchamp bag, but I’m not really into shoulder bags and the backpack looked frumpy on me. I like that this one has a strap. I agree with other reviewers that the strap is kind of short. It sits at my hip and I am 5’6”. One thing I do like about this bag is it would be nice to travel with because you could keep it close and secure to your body and it does not unzip without moving the entire large strap because the zipper is connected to one side of it if that makes any sense. It would be hard for anyone to pickpocket you. Don’t ask, I always think about stuff like that haha. Overall, I like this bag. It’s the perfect size and the nylon is of good quality. Thicker than their original totes. I’m going to dress mine up with a little handbag scarf.
