I've been looking for a way to buy bulk gluten flour as the tiny 700g bags they sell in health food stores get used up with one batch of seitan sausages. This product is 5× the amount and half the price per unit. This is the only way I'll buy gluten flour from now on.

I use the Lotus Gluten flour, with other flours, for making bread, rolls, soft buns, bagels, pizza bases and dough for various desserts. It works every time, giving the right consistency needed for kneading and shaping the dough into whatever I'm making. I have followed a Keto lifestyle for 10 years and really missed bread and dough products, the breads etc that I made without gluten just didn't do it for me, however, since learning in what proportions to use "Lotus gluten flour" in my recipes I do a lot more baking......that actually looks and tastes like the real deal.
