New work bag!! I was waiting for the black but the pearly oyster colour caught my eye and I thought to add some new tones to my outfits why not go for it. I love the minimal look. A bit smelly but just started using it anyway which has helped reduce the plastic smell. Feels so soft too.

Literally smells SO bad like fish - it’s disgusting. Tried airing it out and spraying perfume but NOTHING is getting rid of the overpowering smell. Don’t waste your money.

Although this bag looks beautiful, it unfortunately has a very bad smell rendering it unusable. I contacted customer service directly and they were very helpful. They offered to replace the bag with one that they would personally check themselves. Sadly, the new one arrived with exactly the same smell. Worried that it may just be me, I have asked others to double check it for me. All agree that it has an incredibly foul odour. I purchased the chocolate one.

Stunning bag & great quality! Is comfortable to carry on the shoulder and perfect size for everything I need to fit in it.the zip is slightly annoying as it needs two hands to zip up due to the slouchiness and as the end of the zip isn’t sewn in, it makes it quite fiddly is all.

The bag itself is perfect and works well as everyday bag.. only downfall was the smell when I first received it. The smell lingered for almost 2 week, it made me sick and self- conscious when wearing it outside…. I tried to get rid of it with perfume and airing it out and nothing would work

This is the BEST bag I have ever had! Seriously though it is so handy to pick up throw on your shoulder and go. It doesn't slip from the shoulder either. So sick of bags with the straps or that you have to adjust from slipping all the time. This bag is so generous in size it surprises you. It screams luxury it is divine! I LOVE it!! It's so comfy, soft but best of all, practical. I have never been happier. Love the brand name too it just sounds nice.It was my daughter who showed it to me and I just knew I had to have it.
