Well packaged, though it was 4 boxes due to weight. Very Solid and quiet easy to put together, just be mindful of the instructions, you can turn this item into 3 things, Cot, Single Bed and a Chair/Day Bed. The instructions weren't clear on this. Diagram on Page 2 will start to make sense to Page 1. Other than that. Quick delivery, very easy to put together and of coarse finished product is just stunning. Not disappointed at all with purchase. Picture is on Newborn Height. Manageable if your average height. I'm 160cm Tall.

What a great family run business. We found Baby HQ online & met the owner at the store. He was extremely knowledgeable about all his products & the Australian Safety Standards. We would highly recommend Baby HQ.
I bought this almost 12 months ago. I honestly couldn't fault it i is sturdy and looks great we have the matching draws/change table and would highly recommend this cot and the fact that it turns into a toddler bed is just a awesome bonus
My partner and I put this together yesterday along with the matching chest. The cot was very straight forward and super easy to assemble. The finished product looks and feels amazing and we can't wait to start using it!
This cot is amazing quality and we love how it also converts to a toddler bed. We really weren't keen on a white cot and we didn't find many alternatives until we came across this beauty. We paired this cot with the Love N Care Lucca Chest.I would also like to shout out to the service provided by Louise and Steve. I had a few questions before I placed my order and they were both so helpful and prompt with getting everything sorted. Not to mention the items arrived from NSW to Brisbane within only a few days.I highly recommend using this company for purchasing your baby items.
Sturdy cot , easy to build, and beautiful colour. Suits our nursery perfectly - thanks!
We love the cot, great size but straight away we notice the teeth protection was noisy on one side when we put our hands on it, so we had to turn the cot around so that side was against the wall. Also now that bub is in the lower section and we can't lower the side to place bub in we have found that the side rail makes alot of noise from having to lean on it when placing bub in the cot
I purchased this cot because it felt Solid and is made from real wood (Ash) unlike many other cots which are made of MDF and flimsy.Once assembled it Feels very sturdy and made to last. However this means the cot is heavy.Love how it has bite rails and comes with the toddler bed conversation kit. I also like that it’s a slightly wider cot than some of the others. I intentionally purchased a cot that was wider so that there was less chance of bubs touching edges and walking himself up in night, plus when he moves to toddler bed there is more room. Was initially on the fence with the colour of this cot and whether in future when bubs is in his own room if I could easily match with other furniture however after setting up the cot in my room which has all white ... There is no instruction to help in Assembling the cot at the newborn level. Took us a while to figure it out but once we did we could easily now putCot together in 30mins.
