Little hard use but does what it should. Still getting use to it but helpful for locating fish and with downscan it useful for telling false reading.
Still working out the sounder but it is so much better already than the old Elite5 it replaced. And the service at BCF was superb as usual
My Eagle 7 TS was delivered on time. It included sufficient instructions and templates for a dash mount installation. After installation, the initial startup went without a hitch. I was pleasantly surprised that the included US inland charts had contours for a lake I fish which my old map did not include.The first test on the water proved the unit to be fairly easy to use. There are also ample settings to customize frequencies, colors and more. Side images are crisp and clear, but to be fair, you need to do a little zooming to see detail. Also the IPS display is just bright enough to be seen in full sun and to be seen clearly through polarized glasses. Also, the fish reveal on the downscan sonar was a plus.The only reason I did not rate this product as a five ... MoreMy Eagle 7 TS was delivered on time. However in fairness, I think this issue is endemic to all sidescan transducers, due to the long length.
Brilliant. Way better than the Hook 7. Picture are way clearer.
Great product and features for price. Staff were super helpful and after shopping around other makes, stores etc I came back to BCF for theLowrance.
