Great costume. Comes with all of the important parts to make you look like Luigi. I'm 6'3" and this costume fits really well, which usually doesn't happen. Very happy with this purchase!
The “belly” part of this costume was a little strange…we cut the interior of the costume and pulled out the stuffing and it looked much better. My husband is 6’4 260lbs and this was a tight squeeze but it did the job.
I do love the Luigi costume that I bought; the material is adequate (but what I expected), but the sewing quality is very disappointing. The neckline is raveling terribly and the costume hasn't even been worn yet! I am disappointed in Party City's return policy in that they will not take items back unless they are 'unopened'. Really? How would I have know the quality was inferior unless I opened the package??? Disappointed!!!!
I'm 6'6" 235 lbs and the 2XL fit is great. A little short at the ankles, but I can live with that since it's usually impossible to find a costume that fits.
I ordered an adult size of this costume three weeks before Halloween. I received the shipment three days before Halloween and the package was incomplete. The only thing in the package was the jumpsuit. No mustache, no gloves, no inner tube, no hat. I actually had to go to a Halloween costume store to purchase the missing pieces. Needless to say this was extremely disappointing.
This costume was torn and missing some pieces and party city would not return my money. I did not want to exchange the costume or get store credit because if a company is willing to willing to sell one costume with missing pieces then I can guarantee there are others with missing pieces. So I didn't want anything else from Party City yet they wouldn't give me my money back. I will not be purchasing costumes from here in the future.
My son and I are Luigi and Mario for Halloween this year. He’s only 10 and the small was out of stock unfortunately. The medium is a little bit on him. But overall, it works, and he can even be Luigi for a few more years if he wants. The costume is standard costume quality, well constructed for a costume and I like that it comes in a bag with a hanger so it can be stored for future use.
