After searching for a bunk bed for quite some time, I came across this one. It looked great, and the price was unbelievable. Coming from regional Queensland, I was expecting quite a hefty delivery fee, but yet again was very low. Combined price was way cheaper than any bunks I had found. Was delivered very fast, about 6 working days( again, I am located Northern country QLD), and very easy to assemble(Myself and Miss 7 got it together in one afternoon). Quite impressed with the quality, and very sturdy. Will definitely be shopping here again!

We received the first bed and it was damaged all over. There were cracks, the paint was peeling, the finish wasn’t smooth and in some parts, the grain of the wood could still be seen. The customer service was very poor. It was slow, inconsistent and tedious. They would often ask for emails to be resent for various reasons. There was a changeover of case managers but no contact was made until I called to ask what was happening. After a month, a pick up of the damaged bed was made but no delivery for the replacement. That took another week of phone calls and emails to organise and another week for the actual delivery. When we finally got the second bed, it too was damaged. The case is still unresolved and is a great inconvenience to our family and our living arrangement.
