I haven’t used it yet as it has not been connected but when the electrician arrived we took the heater out of the box and it has bents on both sides and the thermometer is completely smashed . I am waiting to see what the outcome is from my deal and the company we brought the sauna from.

I haven’t used it yet as it has not been connected but when the electrician arrived we took the heater out of the box and it has bents on both sides and the thermometer is completely smashed . I am waiting to see what the outcome is from my deal and the company we brought the sauna from.

Terrible service and poor miss matched product
Firstly I had to grind the panels of the Sauna myself as they wouldn't fit into each other. After that even it is still not fitting properly and there is cold air that comes in from the walls. The bottom bench doesn't fit on the frame at all so there is no bottom bench.Secondly the instructions were so bad and unclear.Third when i turned it on for the first time after putting water the unit tripped. Turns out there was a fault in the machine. So i had to wait 2 months to get a replacement which had to be imported from overseas.After turning on the new machine the light popped but at least the machine was not working.It says "6 person" but it can barely fit 4 that's if you can fit.Overall the product is one of the worst quality products i have seen.The team ... MoreFirstly I had to grind the panels of the Sauna myself as they wouldn't fit into each other.
