Great sauna, works perfectly, heats up fast, super easy to put together(even without instructions), exactly as described. Would definitely recommend to anyone.My experience dealing with this company has been great so far.My only negative comment would be the shipping company they chose to use (Northline for me) was very incompetent. They messaged me and sent a confirmation message confirming delivery day, then didnt show, then said I need to be home (which i wanted to be anyway) but had to wait 4 days for the next time they could deliver as they were overbooked, then when it finally arrived it wasn't even Northline, they had contracted it out. I love this thing, Have always wanted one and this was more than a dream come true. Went together in about 25 mins and plugs in and we are hot. Freakin amazing

The purchase process and delivery was smooth and easy, once I had made a steel base frame to compensate for the slope of the verandah concrete and got that level (see pics) the putting together of the unit was a breeze,did most of it on my own and only had help to fit the roof section.It has been used almost every day since and is of excellent quality,works flawlessly,good speaker quality inside and all works a treat, very easy to drive
