First up, I love several of their products however this Agave Blanco Spirit was terribly disappointing. It tasted like nothing more than a $35 bottle of water, with some $3 Agave syrup added and a spice that takes like cracked pepper. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this and feel absolutely cheated by this product. Plenty of other good options, just steer clear of this one unless you want fancy bottled water. I get these are non-alcoholic (that's why I love them) but seriously, it takes like water.

10/10 would buy again. Obviously, you don't know what to expect and to completely compare it to real tequila can't be done. BUT. It's so delicious, even the tequila solo has a burn as a shot. The taste is great and makes a wonderful drink. I made margaritas with a splash of lime seltzer and mixed with an organic sour mix. So good, my new drink ftw!! Don't second guess it, buy it.

It’s good in a margarita but I really like Tequila so it’s not a good substitute. I really like the London Dry. Great shipping got it within days. Not sure why but bought 5 Lyre’s bottles and never offered the free bartender class.
I purchased 3 of your products, including your Agave Blanco Spirit. I made a tequila sunrise using your product, fresh oj, and grenadine. I threw mine out. The first thing I noticed was an uncomfortable burning on my tongue, and a terrible bitter taste. I checked the oj to make sure it wasn't rotten - assuming that was the problem, but it was fine. I took a sip of your product and discovered that was the issue - I also developed an almost instant headache, so I checked your ingredients. I don't know - I'll try to watch the video to see if my recipe was the problem. I'm giving 2 stars at this point because your packaging is nice. I've been scared to try it again since my initial attempt. Super disappointed that I bought 3 varieties - I should have saved the $$$ and ... i really really wanted to like this. im pregnant and tequila is my favorite so i was looking for a substitute for my mocktails this summer and this came highly rated. I dont know, it has an odd smell- one i cant get around. its like chemically smelling?? My body rejects it because it smells like something you should notttt consume. :(
First made a partially-alcoholic margarita using Lyre's, Triple Sec & lime, and that was quite good. Then made an orange-flavored simple syrup to use instead of the Triple Sec and while the margarita was a little too sweet, it was an acceptable substitute for the real thing and will probably be even better once we adjust the proportions.
Wow, a nice kick. This Spirit has the agave taste, but also has an amazing spicey taste. By itself or in non-alcoholic margs, this beverage is wonderful. Too bad it's as expensive as it is. Otherwise, I'd have it around all Summer for pitchers on our deck...
First things first I’ve been sober for over 11 years and I’m at the point in my recovery where I can responsibly drink nonalcoholic beers and such I was recently on a carnival cruise and they had the entire line up of lyres. I asked my bartender if i could try a sip of each out of curiosity since I’ve been sober so long I was intrigued by this whole N/A liquor concept. I tried this and let me tell you that every bell and whistle went off in my brain telling me to STOP!!! This gave the sensation of drinking tequila while the burn isn’t there and you don’t exactly get the taste the smell goes straight to your brain fooling you in to thinking you’re drinking. I was blown away and after my drink I almost felt like I had a relapse and washed away 11 years of sobriety ... So I'm not much of a Margarita fan but I purchased this set for my daughter who is. She and I decided to try it for a special night. Much to my suprise, I really liked it. The Agave Blanco Spirit was really good with just the right amount of burn that makes it like an alcoholic spirit. We followed the recipe on the website and it was delicious. Yep, I'm now a Margarita fan.
