I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

I'm obsessed with M.A.C. Lipglass. The colors are absolutely gorgeous and there is a large variety to choose from. My favorite color is Spite. This stuff lasts a long time on your lips! It's thicker than your average lip gloss but not uncomfortable in any way. I've also found that Lipglass is the most moisturizing and conditioning thing I've ever used and I have tried SO many different lip products from balm, masks, treatments, etc. It is not advertised as a treatment but I buy the clear Lipglass and use it before bed, especially if my lips are severely dry, rough, or chapped and I wake up with perfect lips. I really don't know why this stuff isn't more hyped because it's utterly amazing. Also, if you bring 5 or 6 (I forgot the actual amount) of your empty product ... MoreI'm obsessed with M.A.C. I know most people look for a thin tlip glass but that is absolutely not the Case with me .. I love a thick rich lip gloss.I have rather large lips and I love them to be as moisturized as they possibly can be. This particular lip product lasts me forever ! You can use a little bit for a more satin finish or you can go heavier for a high Gloss finish. Being that it is clear it is an excellent topic for any lip gloss that you are looking to add sheen to. I posted a picture for reference of the layering on top of a lipstick. In that picture I also so happen to be wearing a Mac pallet on my eyes.Mac never fails me. @beautiimd

A hydrating wet look lip gloss

The M.A.C Cosmetics Lipglass is a clear gloss which makes my lips so wet and shiny looking. They look juicy. I don't find this Lipglass to be sticky at all and it doesn't have much of a smell and no taste. I like to wear this by itself or over a lipstick also works. For a lip gloss I find it to be quite hydrating too and it smoothes my lips. A little bit goes a very long was as it's very easy to spread across the lips and it also lasts ages on my lips too which is amazing. It contains jojoba oil in the formula which is the reason this gloss is so hydrating and smoothing. Highly recommend this to all lip gloss lovers.

Waste - Nothing to write home about -

I was extremely disappointed with this item. It went on smoothly like it should. However, it came off the same way. There was no texture to it either or body, like other MAC lip products. I thought that a minimum it would moisturize my lips which is why I really bought it. But, it failed to do that too. Vaseline does a better job. MAC gets a BIG F! Because for the price, it's worthless. Save your money.
