Macpac Harper 50L Women's Hiking Backpack | Colour: Grape/Pink/Purple

The 50L Harper is a single compartment hiking pack designed for women who want to go further without being weighed down. Its tapered shape creates a better centre of gravity for narrower frames and UTS-coated nylon provides lightweight reliability. A roll-top closure and detachable lid keep everything secure, and an additional strap runs from the base to the lid to lift loads with greater compression. Stretchy front and side pockets let you store bottles and snacks outside the pack, and the detachable shoulder strap fits a 500ml soft flask (not included), too. If you use a hydration bladder, you can keep it inside and thread the hose through a port at the top of the harness. The way the shoulder strap is designed means that you can keep the mouthpiece close by without it flapping as you walk. Harpers are supported by the new HeliumAir harness — our lightest to date. Its construction balances a minimal design with maximum carry capacity, and the internal frame is removable so you can cut weight and fine-tune the pack's fit to everything from day missions to thru-hikes. The women's-specific hip belt can be interchanged for a different size in-store. It has two flat pockets, and compared to unisex backpacks it flares differently to fit a variety of waists. Shaped shoulder straps are attached at optimal angles for a better fit through the shoulders, chest, and underarms, and the indented foam back panel doubles as a removable seat.
