These brownies were so easy to make and baked so well. They were devoured warm but almost more amazing the second day after being in the fridge and the chocolate chips had solidified again. Really lovely texture and consistency. You could taste the characteristic flavour of stevia which I honestly didn’t mind too much but my sister, (a confirmed traditionalist in sweets) commented on, despite eating half the tray anyway!

My go-to snack/dessert/treat in the evening. Quite filling too. Couple of brownies with a cup of coffee will keep me full for a good 4-5 hours. Definitely kills cravings. It tastes sweet enough but not too sweet. Really happy with it.

These protein brownies are so good! They're super delicious and easy to make as a quick snack to grab. I did have to add slightly more nut milk than what was in the instructions but that was easy enough. They're more cakey than brownie but honestly who cares when they're this good! Such a perfect little (good for you) treat.

The first issue was both packets of the brownies that I ordered weren’t sealed properly. Contacted the company and they said it wasn’t an issue, the product is stable they will be fine not sealed properly. Ok? So the brownies are obviously not your average brownie so expected that they will have an odd consistency and not be as sweet as an average brownie. They smell gorgeous and I was really looking forward to them. Unfortunately this product is a flop - these might taste amazing to someone who only eats boiled chicken and broccoli. The only saving grace for them is that they aren’t offensively bad and do actually have a decent nutritional profile.

The mixture was so thick and sticky that I couldn't smooth it out in the tin, so I've been left with this uneven mass that looks horrific not to mention how much of the mixture I lost in the bowl, on the spatula and on my hands because it was so sticky it wouldn't come off!Then out of the oven it came, it did not smell good cooking, so I tried some. but I followed the instructions added 250ml almond milk, but yikes the mixture was so incredible sticky it was hard to mix through (almost broke my spatula!) and trying to get it into a muffin tray omg impossible it just stuck to everything! I was hoping that it would even out in the oven while baking but they came out in the same rock shape formation they went into the oven as : / Probably my least favorite baking mix from the range, luckily there are so many other amazing options to pick from! In hindsight I probably should have added more almond milk I guess .... not sure how ya'all got such perfect looking brownies!
I could not help myself. I took these out of the air fryer(yes, baked in the air fryer) and I ate a few warm slices. They were so good. Was contemplating not telling the hubby I made any and keeping it for myself. First time I added crushed nuts and the second time I added peppermint flavour and chocolate pieces. Both were so good!
Such a terrible brownie! I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out inedible :( . I had such high hopes as all the reviews looked great, but the taste and texture were horrible! I’ve also eaten a TON of sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan desserts (and am very used to the after flavour of SF products) but the bitterness and cardboard-like qualities of this mix were horrendous. Had to throw the entire thing in the trash. Just tried the banana bread mix though, and that has at least been edible!
These brownies are amazing. I accidentally ate half the tray the first time I made them - lucky I bought two bags. I recommend adding a bit more liquid than the packaging calls for as my batter was thicccc and wouldn’t have cooked through, but with the extra milk it was perfect. Such a lovely morning tea treat :)
