After expecting this to be a mild tasting drink, I found this to be verrrrryyy flavoursome. It is quite sweet so not recommended if you're not a fan of almost sickly sweet things. The texture is wonderful,. The powder dissolves easily and there are no lumps at all. Its like drinking heavily flavoured water! A great way to get some extra protein into your diet for sure. Really easy to incorporate this into your lifestyle. Big fan and can't wait to try the apple blackcurrant next time.

I very much enjoyed Macro Mike Pink Lemonade Plant Protein Water! Dissolves fast and easily, and great refreshing taste! I wish I could buy more but unfortunately the 300 g bag has been out of stock for over 4 months now! I signed up to be contacted once it returns to stock but have not yet received any updates. Maybe another supplier has it or otherwise I'll switch to a different protein water source :(

I really wanted to love this product especially as it was a bit of an investment to buy. The main issue is how overwhelmingly sweet and chemical it is. The recommended dose is 2 scoops in 500-750ml water giving 12g protein. This was way too sweet - I just couldn’t drink it. I did one scoop in 750ml but still found it unpalatable and sweet (I normally have a huge sweet tooth) and with only 2g of protein in each 250ml glass it was a lot of volume to consume for not much extra protein. To get through 1.5l of fluid I didn’t enjoy the taste of to get 12g of extra protein wasn’t worth it. Logistically cheaper and easier to have something like a hard boiled egg. Love the idea but it’s just not great. Also the company that makes it sent a bunch of unsolicited emails. I bought this product under the assumption it would essentially be a flavoured water, this is not the reality of the product. While the nutritional benefits of this drink are evident, the reality of using it was disappointing. First off the smell was incredibly off putting, then the viscous texture was hard to wrap my tongue around. It's like drinking thick water that tastes overly sweet, almost to cover the smell. I'm sure there's a practical use for this other than drinking, but this defeats the convenience of a "protein water". I cannot recommend this product to anyone wanting a simple solution when a protein shake seems too much to consume.
I don't like the smell of the product, it smells a little off (not sure how else to describe without being graphic), and there is an overly sweet aftertaste. I will use it because I have bought it. I have to use a small whisk, whisking fairly vigorously to combine the product with a glass of water, otherwise it is lumpy and does not mix easily (shaking in a jar or simply using a spoon does not resolve the lumps) I was hoping for a light drink to add protein to my daily intake without having a heavier protein shake. It's drinkable but not pleasant (although taste is subjective) and I personally probably wouldn't purchase this particular product again, sorry.
Too sweet for me personally and will unfortunately will have to it away. Really love that they’re exploring options for protein without the creaminess or added collagen though. Wouldn’t buy again, but as others have left positive reviews that’s likely a personal preference. It was worth trying it out. It does mix really well and didn’t notice any clumps :)
I seriously love this protein water so much! I have such a sweet tooth and it's like drinking a soft drink except without all the sugar! Pluss its packed with protein and you wouldn't even know!! Perfect for those who do not like protein powders, and after something cool & refreshing! Such a versatile product, you can even make jelly or have it with boiling water as a tea! When I first heard of this product.. I literally was so excited. Trying it made me EVEN MORE excited.It is sooo delicious and I would say its definitely a "must have" purchase. I put 2 scoops in a protein shake (with water) and that gave me 24g of protein.. JUST LIKE THAT!? . 100/10. I am obsessed and will be stocking up... cant wait for summer slushy s!!!!!!
My perfect, healthy summer drink! I love the Pink Lemonade flavour. It mixes so well with cold water as a refreshing drink and dissolves well. Super impressed with the protein water! Was unsure about trying it but tastes great- this is my second purchase of apple blackcurrant. On sweeter side but can always dilute more.
