Delicious and creamy butter. I don’t use butter as a spread generally but there are certain things that must have butter in them and one of those is hot cross buns. I finally succumbed and bought some mocha ☕️ hot cross buns preferring to wait until Easter for them. Toasted them up and used plenty of butter in them. Delicious! Very creamy, it complimented my hot cross bun, very smooth and nicer than my spreadable I usually buy. Love that this is an Australian product using Australian ingredients. The foil packaging opens nicely and also seals back up nicely. It left a lovely after-taste in the mouth. I will buy this product again

Fantastic organic butter. I absolutely love this butter and so does my whole family. It’s a staple in our fridge, I use it for cooking, baking and just regular everyday eating. It has a lovely not too salty flavour and adds so much to any dish or item you pair it with. My partner use to be completely dairy free but once I finally got him to try this butter he loves it. Has it on his toast, melted on freshly cooked corn and croissants. I use it to add flavour to my fillet steak when cooking steak Diane and it just adds a extra juicy and moorish element to steak. I love that it’s organic and so affordable. Thank you Woolworths for such a quality organic product this one’s a winner.

As good as the well known Brands. Love butter on hot cross buns, so was excited to have received this sample especially when Hot Cross Buns are in store. Product was easy to find in the cold section with other Butters. Packaging is also very good in that it has a point of difference with the "Certified Organic" in purple across the front of it. Also like the fact that the word "salted" is front and centre so you know what you are getting. Overall clean fresh packaging with a point of difference. The product inside is excellent. As good as the well known Brands. It is creamy and spreads easily on warm bun. Price point is a little more expensive, but when you are paying for "Organic" then I think you always pay a little more. Thank you for providing a 250g size, as it ... MoreAs good as the well known Brands. Creamy with a subtle salt taste. Located in fridge in butter section. $3. 70 for 250g. ( $14. 80 per kg). 0. 5 star rating. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Recycle: scrunch foil into ball then bin. Allergen advice: contains milk. Not 100% happy, replace or refund. Product of Australia. Certified OrganicIngredients:Unwrapped: This butter was smooth, creamy, and had a subtle salty taste. It spread very easily on bread. If it was a reasonable price, I would consider purchasing. Thank you Bunch.
Delicious - Another Winner from Macro. DeliciousI eat quite a lot of organic butter. I don't eat non-organic butter (and margarine), as I don't like the bland oily taste. Organic butter is always so creamy for taste and feel. I buy a wide variety of different brands. This is mainly because the particular brand I want is often not available, so I have several brands on the go ; so I never miss outAnd Macro is one of the more delicious brands that I use on a regular basisProbably the amount I eat, is not that good for me in the long run - but at least I am no longer smoking (so it could be worse!) and so I will take my chances with butter I particularly enjoy lashings of butter on : date scones, hot toast, crusty bread sticks topped with camembert or brie, and baked ... But I also use to cook brown onions, mushrooms and chicken. It would be great if you could also buy this in portion sizes (but very few brands offer that option it seems)My favourite butter ever in the history of the universe, is Le Conquérant Salted French Butter, followed by Pepe Saya Butter. Both of those are expensive and used for treats only. This Macro butter is a good every day affordable butter. Very happy with it
Small Organic = price increase. As soon as I saw a butter sample, I thought we have to make shortbread (and by we, I mean my husband )This product is certified organic, churned from certified Australian organic cream. Great news is that it is made in Australia, with Australian ingredients. It was quite easy to find in the refrigerated section, but as a price comparison for 250gm, it is expensive when looking at 500gm which I didn’t see for this brand. This was an almost perfect amount for our recipe, I love that this includes the estimated 50gm cut portion sections at the top edge of the packaging. Speaking of packaging, it is recyclable when scrunched into a ball. So we started our shortbread. It softened well without separating and mixed well with the sugar. The ... The mixture had a nice consistency and the salt taste wasn’t too overpowering. Pretty pleased with the product. It baked well and had added lovely flavour to our shortbread. A bit expensive for my liking but I would consider purchasing again if I was limited in a butter selection.

Overall: I loved the taste of this butter but it does have a higher salt content than the Woolworths Salted Butter product.... and a higher price. Probably wont buy again as I am on a low-salt diet and the price is too high for me. Very enjoyable to eat though
Excellent quality. I have to admit I am a butter freak and have been for years. I have eaten butter with a spoon at a PepeSaya butter masterclass, I only buy good quality butter and never buy/use margarine. A poor quality butter will "split" easily when used in cooking and can leave an "oily" taste/texture. I compared it first be eating it side by side with the Mainland Organic spreadable butter which is my "go-to" eating butter on sandwiches/toast etc... , The Macro one was a slightly darker yellow colour and less salty than the Mainland one and also had a nice smooth buttery, mouth feel. (see picture - I am not a good photographer sorry) I would definitely choose it over the Mainland one for taste. I also used it in making a butterscotch sauce alongside my usual ... (see picture - I am not a good photographer sorry) I would definitely choose it over the Mainland one for taste. I also used it in making a butterscotch sauce alongside my usual western star "chef's choice" as this is the type of dish that a cheap low quality butter will easily split in and go greasy. There was little to no difference in taste or texture in that one (sorry didnt get a photo) so price and or the "organic" label would be the only consideration for cooking. I will certainly use it over the Western Star in cooking if it is the same price or cheaper. I am going out to buy more so I can compare it in butter pastry and croissants (I ran out) which are the other regularly made items that really require a good butter to succeed.
Brilliant butter. I always buy a lot of Macro products, so I was excited to try this salted butter. Australian certified organic, comes in a 250g easy to open foil wrapper, and then is easy to reseal by folding the wrapping over the butter. 0. 5 star rating, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Ingredients are organic cream & salt. My husband made garlic bread with the butter, and the colour was a bright yellow. Lots of flavour-it was just beautiful in the garlic bread, on toast, and would be perfect for baking. One thing I also liked about this product was the Woolworths guarantee of replacement or refund if you’re not happy with the purchase. Recyclable wrapper-just scrunch it into a ball. Priced at $3. 70-it will be regularly on my shopping ... MoreBrilliant butter. I always buy a lot of Macro products, so I was excited to try this salted butter. Great product but hard to find! This item is hard to find! This item is not stocked in all Woolworths stores and I visited a few stores before I found it on the shelf. I was surprised to eventually find it in a smaller store and not in the larger stores I tried before finally locating it!A great item to have in the fridge for baking/cooking purposes. I have recently switched to using salted butter in overwhelmingly sweet cakes to help counter the sweetness. I made a salted caramel pecan pie using this product. It performed well and did the job just as well as my usual products. As such, I will be happy to purchase this product from now on when I find it in store. I will also be trying the unsalted butter variety as well.
