Full bodied mayonnaise. After discovering the whole egg mayonnaise at Aldi, we found it to be so delicious. This is also very nice. Of course it would be with 75. 7% fat, that's over three quarters of the product being fat. Naturally it has a very low health rating. We use it sparingly and usually as a butter substitute on a salad sandwich or a hamburger which is delicious. I would not use it in a salad such as a potato salad due to the fat content even though I would love to. I also mix it through an avocado, onion and tomoto salsa.

Creamy Organic Whole Egg Mayo . I found the $6. 90 price rather astonishing since the WW Whole Egg Mayo is more than half the price ($3. 10) and with very similar ingredients including free range whole egg. The cheaper mayo actually contains a higher percentage of free range whole egg which gives a tasty richness to mayonnaise but I haven't tried that mayo however judging by the ingredient list I'd buy the WW mayo over this Macro one. I thought the jar would be glass but it's plastic The label is simple and clear and this product is made in Australia but with a low percentage of Aussie ingredients, only around 23%. I used a little to make a dressing for a Rainbow Veg Salad to accompany Pork fillets. I always add things to any bought mayo because it improves the ... MoreCreamy Organic Whole Egg Mayo . I will use the rest of the jar of mayo with all kinds of foods including potato salad, ham and cheese toasties, ranch dressing, garlic aioli, and also for my Chocolate Mayo Cake Yes, really!

Low % of Australian ingredients. I was at the checkout when I remembered I needed to pick this up. As I headed off to the Macro section I wondered if it would be there - nope - it was with the other mayonnaises, which makes sense. I wonder if it would make sense to have it both the Macro section and the mayonnaise section. Sad it only contains 23% Australian ingredients. Not too sure about the third ingredient being sugar. It does taste a little sweet and I guess this is partly why it has a low 1. 5 health star rating. Good long use by date and it is good to see the warning about refrigerating it and using it within 30 days once opened. I still like the idea of using glass over plastic but this is a nice looking plastic jar, and it would be lighter for people with ... MoreLow % of Australian ingredients. Mr 27 uses it on his ham and salad sandwiches for work. I tried it by scooping a little out. It's creamy and looks 'real'. It has a nice flavour. I would consider buying it again

Slather it on something. We do like a bit of mayo in the household and I prefer an egg mayonnaise so was happy to get this sample. As it is winter in Victoria, salads are the last thing on our list of things to make, but when its summer this is perfect in our potato salad and coleslaw. However during winter it goes on our toasted sandwiches with some ham and tomato. $6. 90 for a 440g plastic jar. Considering the product is organic I would have expected a glass jar that I can reuse or recycle. Its says the jar and lid are recyclable but I prefer glass so that I can use it for when we make our preserves. Made from only 23% Australian ingredients which I am guessing would be the eggs. Taste wise it is lovely and creamy and will be purchased again.

Creamy, calorie laden, thick and tangy! At almost $7 this is a pricey mayonnaise. However it is an organic product hence the price tag. The mayonnaise provides a calorie hit but that was to be expected. It is creamy and thick with a slight tang as per expected yet again. It has no artificial colours flavours or preservatives, is gluten free and the jar and cap are recyclable. I made a potato salad for dinner as a side dish and used some of the product in it. It stuck to the potatoes well and needed a good stir through to get it mixed sufficiently. I like the transparent container so the consumer can see the product. It is made in Australia with at least 23% Australian ingredients which ideally could be higher as most people appreciate tags of Made in Australia with ... MoreCreamy, calorie laden, thick and tangy! Overall not bad. I tend to eat Japanese mayo at the moment, so this was a bit of a change. I tried it by itself first & it was creamy & not a lot of flavour, which was fine. I tried it with my curried eggs & also with crumbed chicken tenderloins, as I normally have a little bit of sushi mayo with those & I can't say I liked it with the chicken, but the curried egg sandwich was fine. I don't really choose Organic products, as they are normally a bit more expensive & it doesn’t really bother me. I will finish the mayo, but I don't think I would buy it again. The plastic bottle is a little different, but at least the kids can handle it, without me worrying if they will drop it & smash it.

Totally delicious. I have been buying the same brand of whole egg mayo for years; however, I am now converted to the Macro Organic Whole Egg Mayo brand. It was great to have my old favourite in the fridge for side-by-side testing. The difference in taste was immediate; Macro was far creamier, with excellent flavour, gluten-free, and ACO certified. The only negative was the low percentage of Australian ingredients (23%). I am a significant purchaser of Australian products, so it is a shame it wasn't over 90% Aussie. That said, I will continue buying due to being organic and the improved flavour compared to my previous brand and being organic.

Costly ~ Not in MACRO section with only 23% AUS ingredients! I looked for a few weeks for this product and was about to give up. There was no place for it in the MACRO section, so I thought maybe try where the normal dressings are. Yay! We tried it and found it to be quite nice, but very expensive. Then on reading only 23% Aussie ingredients really tore at the heart strings seeing they are easy accessible here. It is thick and creamy with a bitey tang. But I will stick to what I normally choose from based on price, taste and ingredient list, and my choices are often on sale. Thanks Bunch and Woolies anyway.

Thick and Creamy. A tasty product that is fantastic for potato salads, coleslaw and as a spread on bread. Quite a nice taste, quite thick so it coats your salad ingredients well. I found it a little salty for my taste but otherwise it seemed to perform well. Quite a high oil content but then it is mayonnaise, so I guess a condiment best eaten discretionally. Price wise I though it a little too steep at $6. 90 a jar but looking online and finding the product on Healthy Life at $5. 50 you have to wonder why there is so much price difference. Supplied in a plastic jar and metal lid which are recyclable if you have the facilities to recycle these products where you reside.
