Poor quality product. The threads are easily stripped when tightening nuts onto the rods. When bending the rod to 90 degrees angle, it can break easily.

I purchased this product the other day along with some M8 hex nuts. I tried to get nut on but it just goes to 1st thread, I can't get the nut to go any further down the rod. There is nothing wrong with the nuts as I tried it on another threaded rod I had and it went on like a dream so I don't know what is wrong with this rod.

I bought three of these and a bunch of nuts. Cut them down in length and nuts threaded fine. Now need another two - no second thoughts on repurchase
old steps got a bit loose and needed bracing.
