This is a great wagon to have, it helps me almost every day making loading and unloading easy. It is a life safer. The quality construction and design make it rugged. It is easy collapsable for putting in the cab or in the back of the truck. Mac Sports has great customers service, if there is ever problem they have a great customer service where you can talk to a real person and they will help you out. I would recommend Mac Sports Wagons for their products and for their customer service. I had a wagon with a defective part and they replaced it for free.

As indicated in the title, I had purchased a Mac Sports wagon through Costco. Very well made product, used frequently by my wife to carry heavy brochures for the seminars that she leads. After about a year, the wagon met a car and the result was a bent wheel that we could not fully straighten out. At that time, the wagon was not available from Costco, but based on my very positive experience with the wagon, I purchased it directly from Mac Sports. The cost was a bit higher than on Amazon (about $140 vs $100) but I wanted the full purchase price to go to the manufacturer rather than Amazon take their 20% or so of the purchase price.BIG mistake. The wagon purchased through Mac Sports arrived, and it was the equivalent of a Fiat 500 vs a Grand Cherokee. The wagon purchased through Mac Sports arrived, and it was the equivalent of a Fiat 500 vs a Grand Cherokee. It was a wagon, the wheels worked, but it was so flimsy that I was concerned about bending the handle if I tried to pull it down from where it was attached to the wagon for storage. It didn't seem strong enough to carry the 50 lbs or so of materials that we'd purchased the wagon to carry.By the time the shadow of our Costco MacSports wagon arrived from MacSports, the Costco version was available. We purchased another one (at about half the Mac Sports price) and I took some side-by-side photos. It's nowhere near the same product. To add insult to injury, Mac Sports would not cover return shipping for the inferior flimsy semblance of a wagon, which ran about $70 when returned to the California address. The representative was friendly, but stated they would not cover that cost.Moral of the story: if you want a high quality Mac Sports wagon, buy it from Costco. If you think you'd like the flimsy version despite this review, buy it from Amazon so that you'll be able to return it if you find it does not hold up! I'd be happy to provide proof that I've now purchased 3 of these wagons, one from Mac Sports and two from Costco.

Nice wagon. Big wheels so moves easy when u pull it. the handle can stay stationary or be pulled off its clasp to be pulled either way. It's a tight fit and takes a little strength to pull it out of the clasp. Took me a while to find out it did that. It folds and unfolds easy. It came fully assembled. It really doesnt stand upright when folded by itself, it will fall over unless you turn the front wheels sideway. I like it, though, I use it to bring my groceries in from garage to apartment. It was delivered quickly.
First, one of the drink pockets was sewn sloppily so there is a gap, which will tear quickly in this high-use area.Second, the retractable handle doesn't hold at full length, so if you try to push the wagon (even empty!) it slips back into retracted position. That is, the handle clamp/ lock doesn't work well.Third, no brake! Why would you even design a wagon like this without a brake?? I ordered assuming there was one. After an initial email exchange with the company, I sent these comments (plus a photo of the flawed pocket) twice to MacSports and got no reply.
I’ve used this wagon twice for heavy loads now and can confirm many of the things others have said.PROS- definitely very sturdy. I lugged a good 70lbs of wood planks for 3.5 miles in it. It was not pleasant, but totally worked. Also, the bars at the top of either end of the wagon are great for lifting the front or back wheels up or down the sidewalk when you have to. I had 4 full bags of groceries in there the other day and the sidewalks in my neighborhood often end without any kind of ramp so I had to lift the wagon down and up, end by end. (I shudder to think how people in wheelchairs cope, it’s really appalling how inaccessible our cities are...)CONS- yes, the wagon on its own is heavy, but I assume that contributes to its sturdiness. The handle is the worst part: it doesn’t lock at all in place once extended. I hope the manufacturers switch to one of those metal knobs inside the handle systems that are often used for tent poles and scooter handles.
I spent way too long researching wagons as there are so many brands out there. Finally bought this for my tall five-year-old to cart stuff to and from the park. She actually still wanted to use the old stroller and I was addicted to the stroller in terms of shopping and groceries but she just looks ridiculous at this age to be sitting in a stroller. . We love it. We love the color we love the two little drink container holders and love the way it folds up so easily. It can hold a ton of weight. The handle obviously can be pushed down and clicked Onto the main frame to be secured easily. I would say I think there is a slightly larger model that my daughter would be happy with because when I load it with groceries she hast to walk!
Unexpected win: While visiting a family member in an assisted living center (end of 2019) ~ staff often commented how nifty my little aqua blue wagon is for the many supplies I cart up there. After realizing the need, I quickly bought another one (a red one this time to keep them from getting mixed up) as a gift to help the front desk ladies & nurses deliver parcels from the front desk to the residents each day. Fast forward to March 2020 -> current exposure management restrictions prevent visitation at nursing homes & assisted living centers to protect residents so they are asking family to simply leave packages at the front desk. The little red wagon is on duty LIKE A BOSS handling the drastically increased amount of front desk deliveries. Yay. Bought this based on the MacSports wagons that my mother's retirement facility has for shared resident use. Those must be previous generation - bigger wheels and feel more solidly built. This was as close as I could find to those and looks mostly the same except for the smaller wheels, color choices, and a few design differences I see when comparing them side by side. Functional enough but it seems to me some changes have been made to cut production costs. Maybe I'm too critical since that just how most products are now. Let's just say the latest generation wagon does not wow me like the ones I first saw.
Love the wagon I bought. Helped me move a mattress, went with me for date night to the drive-in, and definitely helps bringing in groceries from my car to my apartment. The only thing I honestly wish is they make this wagon longer so more things can be hauled, and that it could carry a little bit more than 150lbs of weight. Its my only wish. I haven't had the wagon long so I cant say much more than that. Nothing has broken on me nor has the material been ripped, torn or shredded. It folds up easy and does take up some room but it it is worth having for transport reasons like I use it for. I only give it 4 stars just simply because I wish I had the option for a longer wagon than what was provided and maybe back up wheels if something happened and I could fix myself, ... MoreLove the wagon I bought. I keep my belongings in amazing condition, so I see this wagon lasting a very long time with me and kind of want to get a secondary wagon for my husband. I am very pleased with the product I received.
