I have been making milk Kefir for so long now, why I like this, well I use coconut milk and it still comes out great. I would recommend this product simple to prepare and tastes lovely. Also I feel it does work on my tummy, so even more benefits.

Tasty, quick & easy! This is fairly foolproof compared to making kefir with grains. I started with this one & made sure I tolerated it well, then progressed to Kefir grains. I read it doesn’t have the variety of good bugs as grains, but it does contain some good ones.I’m thinking I could take a few sachets with me on an outback camping trip!

I drink my coconut water kefir made with coconut water, everyday.I have tried live culture to some degree of success. Live culture was not as consistent a flavour and made my fridge smell too much. I have also tried out four other types of powdered kefir culture; when I couldn't get Mad Millie's. None of them matched up to the delicious flavour and consistent results I get with Mad millie's kefir culture used with coconut water. I highly recommend this product and Mighty Ape brilliant service.
I'm new to making water Kefir and purchased this to get started. I have an allergy to dairy and couldn't see that there was milk in the starting culture. I have it to a friend, hopefully she enjoys it. 😊
I have been making kefir milk using this culture for 2 years and it is the best available. The final product is better than anything you will get commercially!
I've found this product very good. However, being in the South Island I have to use a yoghurt/kefir making thermos or the temperature drops too low and it doesn't work. This might not be the case in warmer climates. I get consistently good results with a thermos.
