A great product that I never new existed. I now don’t have to buy cans of coconut milk to waste half the can. With this product I can make up just what I need. It can be a bit powdery so maybe I need to cook out for longer next time. However I was happy with the product and taste.

I’ve loved using this as an alternative to coconut milk! It last so much longer and is completely versatile! Until I tested this I didn’t know such a product existed! I was worried that it would be a compromise to flavour but it really wasn’t. It’s full of flavour and a great addition to recipes!

I used it to make prawn curry and it was really creamy and the taste of coconut was so aromatic. I was really impressed with how the flavour kept so well. So easy to use and can be used in so many dishes! Would use in future recipes again!

I love cooking and make a fair few recipes involving coconut milk, but I don’t always need a full tin, and the rest sometimes gets wasted. I love this coconut milk powder as I can make smaller amounts as and when I need it. It’s so easy to use and tastes great. I just wish I’d known about it sooner! I won’t go back to cans.
I am so glad we got to try the Maggi Coconut Milk powder . It's very easy to prepare and very convenient to have at home . We used it to prepare few different curry dishes and it tasted fabulous every time . Definitely a must have if you cook curry a lot . It's brilliant to add to sauces too. I even mixed some in the cream for a homemade cake and it tasted really nice. Will definitely be buying it again.
Love the powder milk great to have in the cupboard and easy to make lots of different curry’s with, honestly I prefer a can of coconut milk but this one is great and I could use half if needed and not worry that it would go off. I used less than was suggested as I prefer it thicker
The milk powder was easy enough make, but it was more complicated to figure out the quantity we needed for the recipe. We used this as part of a thai green recipe and it tasted really good and would probably purchase again - it seems like it would be good value for the amount of uses.
It’s a cool idea for the product to be powdered however the added steps of making the milk rather than just pour it ready made out of the tin seems counterproductive. Also we saw it contained milk which meant that we were unable to try it as around the same time as receiving it we found out our child had a dairy allergy.
After all the positive reviews, I was surprised that I found this product so sorely lacking in flavour. I had to add a massive amount to my curries to get enough coconut flavour, making this powder quite a false economy. Further, this powder had a surprisingly short shelf life. So beware of this if you use coconut milk infrequently. I won't be buying this again. I'm still in search of an economical, quality coconut milk, without lots of additives and E-numbers.
I have used this for years in my Indian/Moroccan dishes. Great stuff. I also use this as a dry ingredient in my coconut macaroons to enhance the flavor. Try it in coffee! I make tasty non-dairy cappuccino's with it. I first found this in our local Indian grocery and I like this brand best. its easy to just sprinkle it into a recipe and store the rest. The coconut milk powder tastes better than many coconut flavorings here in the USA.
