Good tool to have in addition to the Cook Expert for people interested in bread and brioche making in large quantity as well as savoury dishes where ingredients such as meat and fish need to cook for sometime but remain in big chunks. Although it would be nice for this tool to be included in the standard items of the Magimix Cook Expert as without it, a lot of the recipes suggested in their book, would end up a big mush of food....

The universal blade seems to collect dough beneath it. This blade doesn't. It's the must-have accessory for the Cook Expert. Love it!

I have already used this blade for my bead making its really good. its also good to put into the Stainless bowl when you have it on a low speed for a casserole or similar . It stops the ingredients being mangled or chopped & stirred instead
Just like to inform people this product is is advertised as XX L and also as XL a bit confusing as they are exactly the same. I have kept the product once I found this out
